Something interesting I found when I was reading the comic irredeemable to get a feel for mark since it's been years since I read any capeshit. Reading it is illuminating considering that Mark's favorite superhero is Superman and the plot is a Superman stand in goes nuts -really really nuts.
Their's a slow buildup to the events which push 'Superman' over the edge but it's the starting point which interests me. You see the flaw is that Superman can't really handle criticism and some nobody won't shut up about how much Superman sucks. Eventually superman does something really really dumb simply because he cannot stand someone somewhere not thinking he's great, from then on it becomes clear the guys a ticking time bomb.

So in short mark wrote a comics where the world of superheroes came crashing down because 'superman' has a bad temper and got upset at some no-name pleb calling him a knob on TV. Weird coincidence eh?

President Trump need to issue an executive order that says if recording is deemed Important to Internet Drama it needs to be made available as an .mp4 file for video and an .m4a file for audio on a .gov website within one hour.

I also think it's interesting that not only has he raised more, and faster, than Waid, but also with fewer people. I guess the pushback is a lot stronger than ol' Mark and his fellow travelers was expecting.
