If that even happened.
It's been on the CWCki for a long time, and whether you like it or not, it's a 'fact' that a lot of people remember when describing Chris or his personality on this forum. Even if there isn't proof and Chris is an unreliable narrator, you can't deny that this was the overall makeup of how Chris views relationships with other people.

When Chris is out he'll seek to publish his 'goddess log' (schizo manifesto) and then carry on being crazy and egotistical online as normal. That's my prediction, locked in.

Who is Chris going to sue for getting thrown in the nut hatch for incest? Barb?

There's no one to sue. He's dug his own hole here and he's still digging. Chris isn't going to have a lot of money to hire lawyers when he gets out. He'll have a section 8 apartment and food stamps and that will be about it. And I'm not convinced he's going to get out anytime soon. I think an argument could be made for him being a danger to himself and others.

I'm curious about one thing... Is it common in jail to not be allowed a razor? Or is that just a psych ward thing?

In psych wards in NC, no razors, no shoelaces and nothing resembling a ribbon (not even from a teddy bear) as it can be suicide tools

Heilberg mostly practices criminal law, even if he were open to that kind of work why would he say yes to Chris? He knows he's batshit insane and is at best an unreliable narrator. That's going to cause all kinds of issues establishing basic facts. Heilberg has a reputation to maintain.
Assuming this isn't made up, I think this is just Chris spouting off what he wants to do - as someone who has sat in PC for a good 18 months - rather than what he is actually planning to do.

Lawyers are meant to be an advocate for their client and it is clearly  not in Chris' best interest to start a bunch of lolsuits he can never win with what little money he has. Not to say no lawyer would take it - but there is certainly an ethical concern here, and as Chris is relatively high profile as clients go it will be held against you.

There is 0% chance Chris will be on Section 8 when he gets out

It takes 2 years to reach the top of the waiting list and there's no express line for raping your mother! So even if Chris somehow applied from jail the day he got arrested he still wouldn't have it yet. Vouchers also come with a 60 day expiration date, so even if Chris did apply the day he went to jail, if he gets out after 2 years and 60 days then tough shit it's another 2 year wait

Chris getting section 8 just isn't going to happen

Last I looked, the cwcki says one (1) girl was paid to escort Chris to the bus stop.
I fucked up for using plural. Still, Chris in one way or another has odd experiences with relationships, and his dad paying off a girl to look out for him did Chris no favors on how he experienced future relationships later on in his life.

If I had a kid as retarded as Chris, I’d probably get someone to escort them to the bus as well. Just to make sure he doesn’t wander off into traffic or get pulled into a white van.

Reading conversations about Chris in high school, I did get the impression that the girls he hung out with could have been encouraged to keep him company. Not for money, just “hey, see Christian sitting there by himself? Do a good deed and sit with him at lunch, please.” That kind of thing does happen. Maybe it harmed him, maybe not. It didn’t help him learn to actually get friends naturally. Maybe if he’d been alone with his pokemon and goosebumps at lunch other childminds would have joined him. Who knows.

Usually you get to shave about twice a week on designated 'shave days'. You need to check out a razor and you have about 10 minutes until they come check on you. You don't get shaving cream so you have to just use water and shampoo.

I know it was brought up earlier but

This video really does confuse me to no end. Classic era Chris was always clean shaven, meaning he must have done it frequently and had at least a rudimentary idea of how to do it properly. He must have known it was a terrible and painful idea to just do it completely dry like this, right?

It's long been theorized that they would have let Chris plea out long ago but by law they have to find him a home for at least 30 days and no one will take him

If Chris really does have thousands upon thousands saved up, he can rent an apartment for that long out of pocket, and it won't be any skin off the court's nose if he burns through his savings and ends up homeless after 2 months

All of this is a moot point anyway as Chris is being sued for debt, so if his checks weren't turned off before Western State, anything he does have piled up will be seized from his account soon

I know an autistic kid back in high school and actually I'm friends with him years later.

He's nothing like Chris especially when it comes to his work ethic but he was a weird loner, who loved digimon, and no one wanted to hang around him except big brothers and sisters club once in a while. He was picked on a lot but he avoided the conflicts if he could. What sets Chris apart is the massive ego and self entitlement he has. Call him naive and he loses it on you. Call transformers gay and he explodes.

My experience and observations will not fit in every case scenario but those are my thoughts.

But I wondered how his life could of been worth medication and gone to the proper school and received proper treatment. I would like to think he would be manager at the Wendy's and maybe dated a few boyfriend free girls. Or last taken some treatment, worked in the game place.

To stay on subject, well sort of, I noticed llc in the email and there's no active praetor llc filed in Virginia, there's an old one but it expired way too early to be associated with caden. I don't know if there's any legal issues for that.

Null gave him a chance and he blew it by being deceitful and manipulative to him. He lied to him about needing money. He's so lost in his own schizophrenia I'm assuming he's going to be placed in a facility. He has no ground to sue anybody.

Agree with most of your post apart from calling Chris a Schizo.

I don't think he's a Schizo, he's definitely deluded, I think Chris chooses to dissociate from reality and live in a fantasy land, rather than have actual voices in his head telling him things.

I also think him getting institutionalized is major league :optimistic:. Most mental health institutions are short term intensive types, or long term but more loose (like group homes), the former isn't going to help someone like Chris much, and nobody wants the useless, lazy, literal motherfucker in the latter. The state is probably going to seek the first avenue they can to dump him out of their care and move on, assuming he doesn't stay in prison for a while.

I know I’m late on this, but genuinely, who the fuck would see a taser with Chris’s signature on it and think, “man, I gotta cop this!” or conversely, “man, I could make a killing selling these!” (no puns intended)

Iirc once he got arrested and the secret was out about the incest, there was mention that people were putting stuff up for sale that he had sold them thinking it would skyrocket in price.

Chris has not touched his money from Praetor or the tugboat; only donations. He is planning to use this money to permanently hire Heilberg, and sue a couple people.
Tugboat? You don't get to keep collecting social security benefits while you're locked up.

They usually ask once a week (if that) if you want one and they collect them back after an hour or so. Some places don't give them out at all because they're cheap and lazy.
