A thought that occurs to me is that if Draco really is based on a girl who bullied JKR, then she probably isn't happy about all the male fans who are now essentially yearning for her bully and declaring her incredibly desirable. That is not the outcome you are setting out to create when you write your bully in as a pathetic villain. That just makes it more hilarious that the trans hate Malfoid so much, they are rejecting a character that potentially annoys the Queen of all Genocide.
