I put these in the Ana Valens thread before I knew a dedicated Malfoid thread took root:

Malfoid: The Anime

trimmed the chudjak since it made it in here yesterday, even though I found it wednesday, everything else certified fresh by browsing.

There is also that extra thought exercise in redemption for the damned. Slytherin were always portrayed as these irredeemable assholes and growing up it was constantly beaten over our heads in nerdy circles that you wanted to be heckin wholesome like Gryffindor. Only evil Malfoys and Voldemort's want to be successful and ambitious! More beyond just the genuine lack of a romance to the story, there really was no effort put in to explain why Slytherin was even tolerated as the 4th house anyway, or why the sorting hat told Harry in the first book that he could be "great" as a Slytherin.

I feel like Rowling really chickened out as the story progressed. In those first three books she was still a struggling author, so she really could identify with the "monster" that lies in the heart of humanity. But to be human is to have that monster. Fool hardy heroism and selflessness without pragmatism and ambition is misguided in the extreme and will lead to disaster. Just as single minded ambition and sociopathic conniving will lead to disaster. The truth of human excellence is in how a mature adult can blend these facets so they can be confident and act in the world.

But as Rowlings books became more successful, she shied away from addressing the issue of Slytherin in favor of simplifying the story. Either to not upset her publishers or possibly address the angst she herself held. Eventually the idea was dropped entirely in favor of a really lackluster ending that abandoned the overall themes that were set up in the first book. Such as Love being the ultimate magic that is the most powerful.

Voldemort got defeated by rules lawyering. Lame.

But can you choose to get some pussy instead of jorkin it to tranime?
my nigger, this is the internet. Jorking it to tranime is a proud ethnonationalist bigot tradition.

Malfoid stuff is for yearning, not for porn. Proof that R63 ain't troon shit.

TBF, Rowling was basically writing a teen action-adventure series. Thing I've seen often in many of those kinda novels is there is a simplicity in the "good vs bad" aspect of the story, and in many cases, characters/groups which could be made complex are simply left half-baked.
Malfoid porn is heavily policed on X and thots are starting to learn to not cosplay as her. Malfoid is for based CHUDs only and is chaste.

NGL, I love how many ethots are getting policed to not do Malfoid porn, as well as troons getting dunked on, especially the retards trying to 'reclaim' her. But what I find annoying is those trying to put other political messages on Malfoid from the right or grift off the topic. It really comes across to me as a "Sonic says trans rights!" retardation from the other side.
Malfoid isn't specifically for chuds; she is for those who enjoy the idea and the yearning for chaste romance and shit; not for supporting 21st century political ideals. And honestly, IMO, that would probably kill the Malfoid wave faster, just as how the "X Character says BLM/Trans rights/(insert woke message here)" kills those memes faster.

Which is something that annoys me. Some of the greatest works of literature have been written for children. Seeing something get so close to transcendence and then miss really does hurt in many ways. Rowling really did have something special in her hands, but she could not truly wield the lightening the same way a generational talent like Tolkien could when he wrote a book about a hobbit going on an adventure with dwarves to steal gold from a Dragon.

This is where an Editor should have said "hmmm" to her. Tolkien had editors too. He absolutely hated them. But they reigned in his worst impulses and made his story more focused. They get a bad rap these days because they are associated with "I love this character, but have you considered making them black? And Homosexual? Once upon a time the editor/proof reader was important for reasons other then making everything lame and gay. It was about reading the story and then telling the author when they were missing the mark on previous set ups, or getting lost in irrelevant tangents that were boring.

Sharing images of cute cartoon girls, and making both histrionic trannies and self-proclaimed Hyperborean Tough Guys mald and seethe?

This is the joy of being a weeb.
