I haven't been going out much other than for work, and my job is very labor intensive. I sweat, ruin my hair and make up, and break my nails so much that there's no point in painting them. I wish I had the time to be more girly and to show it off.

I'm not super experienced, as I've never worn stilettos or anything, but the weight on the heel is still there. After all, there IS still a heel. It's just elevated. I'm assuming that, in stiletto heels, the balance is harder to get used to than the way the weight is distributed.

It isn't the displaced weight in the feet that get me. Like Rio said, we still put the weight on our heels. What I hate is how it shifts your hips and adds more stress to the small of your back. I cannot go too long with my hips thrusted forward the way heels make them, and I wonder how women who wear high heels all the time don't develop serious back problems.

The heels on really high shoes are just for show and when stand still. You pretty much have to walk on tippy toes.

Saw one of these Marc Jacobs bathing suits for only $40 at Marshall's today. It tragically didn't work on me because those skinny straps would have been murder on my back and shoulders, but THAT PRINT.
