You'd think that more twits and troons would understand that some information is public, and a definition of "Doxxing" that includes "Talking about public contact information of an organizational representative" is not a useful one. Maybe they could call it 'Harassment", but that's a heck of a stretch.

With 8 days to go until MAGWest 2022, Marketplace department continues to screw things up. There has not been a single convention I've been to/staffed that suddenly opens up vendor tables for randos to setup a "pop-up" shop, THIS close to the actual event.

Either vendors dropped out last minute, not enough vendors actually applied, or Marketplace fucked things up royally in responding to those who applied. The requirement for a California Seller's Permit is interesting though, because to the best of my knowledge, this is not a requirement for Vendors normally applying to setup in Marketplace. This whole thing screams of "Oh crap, we need to fill space!" Oh, and MAG STILL continues to push for Covid juice injections/muzzles, despite tons of other conventions out there dropping their own mandates.

Musical Guests this time around, is comprised 50/50 of actual video game-related performers. Save but two bands, I could honestly give zero fucks about their content. But, that's like my opinion, man.

Now, people are equating MAGFest to "MAGAFest", and are actually telling MAG that they did not feel "safe" with a sign like that around, because GamerGate or something. All of this is fucking hilarious to me, since MAG was VERY Anti-GG back in the day (See prior info in this thread), and used a lot of the same bullying tactics to chase off staff that had opposing viewpoints.

Dac, as the Communications Director of MAGFest, you are a fucking idiot. Not only for thinking this sign would be okay, but also for using the phrase "just a friendly jab", when people have been already contentious about MAGFest's draconian Covid policies.
 
I get the impression that Dac is a decent enough guy who is pretty oblivious to the crazy people whom he's dealing with. It's kinda amazing how many people don't realize the true crazy depravity that is the Tranny population. MAGFest's crazy covid policies make a lot more sense when you realize they're written by HIV+ people who shouldn't be out of hospital, anyway, but insist on leaving so they can make their fat orgy.

Aside from only some of the women's restrooms changed into "gender neutral", and reports of a troon standing around in one of the bathrooms with their dick in their hand, plus lots of stuff that have absolutely zero to do with video games, or video game music, not much. I could rant about really stupid, minute shit, but what's the point?

Okay, that part sounds really fucking funny. I was wondering if the slow descent of the "video game conference that has nothing to do with video games and into tranny sexpest debauchee" continued on track.
 
It looks like they fucked up (or are hiding money to steal) in a couple of places. The biggest one being here, line 25:

Operations Hotel Meeting Space Rental Venue Rental Fees/Tips $19,000.00 $60,535.14 -$41,535.14

which looks like all the cost from line 25 to 31 were rolled into that line 25 in 2023 compared to be broken up in between line 25 to 31. Curious to see how Magafest 2024 looks like if we are in the middle of Trumpmania, the sequel by then.
 
West has operated at a loss ever since the start. The above attached spreadsheet is the only proof I've gotten of 2022. They're finally started to wise up, and started to password protect their Google Drive links.

Speaking of, I managed to grab the entire staff survey results from said Google Drive folder. It's a giant mess of Excel Spreadsheets, one for each department. 41 spreadsheets total. Is it better to attach all in a convenient ZIP file, or is that verboten on KF? For now, have the compounded Department Contact list spreadsheet, for Super MAGFest 2023, going back to MAGFest 12

Nothing much to report, but MAG finally uploaded their MAGWest 2022 panel videos... 7 to 10 days ago, after MAGWest 2023 happened in mid-July. They have always kind of hidden the attendance numbers for all of the MAGWest events, but they finally let slip the number in the below Closing Ceremonies video:
That number is... 879. This is including attendees, guests, AND STAFF. For a 6th event being bankrolled by Super MAGFest, that number is an absolute joke. Also, the closing ceremonies showcases people expressing how "safe" they felt at this event. Speaking of, MAG has silently put this tidbit on their page:

They haven't publicly stated the above, but there's already people whining and crying, saying that MAG is turning their back on the safety of their attendees.

It turned fully into Troonfest/Fagfest when Deb took over. Every decent organization has been destroyed by faggot entryism. The right answer is to do better - Organize anew, make sure that resistance to troon philosophy is core to your org, and throw them out subtly and unsubtly when you can - Make a big stink about their obvious predatory behavior, and make anyone who defends them feel unwelcome.
