Add a “Reported by” to any post that gets reported when no action is taken. To discourage people from reporting posts for the same thing, and to shame people for reporting things unnecessarily. A Community Notes feature for Intent instead of Context.

We kind of operate on a razors edge here, I don't think we want to put any kind of a chilling effect on reporting.

I try to keep yt-dlp copies of episodes from Rumble with the same exception.

Josh, I get you want people to listen to the hi-fi copy you make, but I like getting all the deets all the time and if that includes dead air, noises etc, I think that ends up playing into what's going on with the podcast rather than being a boring detriment. And when it's truly boring, I'll skip.
I don't know what the limitations are on gumroad or locals, but if you could upload a raw copy with a thumbnail and description for scraping I would be eternally grateful.
I figure if it's not on your site, you can push the hosting costs of making them available away from your wallet.
