I have now watched 3 different "playthroughs" of this "game" and I have to disagree with the idea that the fuckups behind Mixtape are nihilists. They are sheltered faggots who wanted to make their own coming of age movie while flexing their totally hip music knowledge but no one was stupid enough to give them enough money to do so. So they tried to make a John Hughes type story video game but because they're all millennials they wanted to set it in the 90's but they were kids in the 90's so the only thing they have to go off of is fucking arthouse bullshit from the late 2000's to mid teens. That's why everything feels off. Fucking stoner main lead could've had a Walkman instead of a CD player and nothing would've changed besides a few songs that do ABSOFUCKINGLUTELY NOTHING to further the story. While it's not as bad as nihilism, it is insufferably pretentious in the way it imagines teenage rebellion would look like if they weren't a bunch of sheltered faggots who's parents paid them to go to art school, nothing but drugs (but not TOO hard of drugs) and drinking with legal adults. I hate this game in ways Dustborn could only dream of making me feel things.

So in my cannon for this universe, with not a shred of evidence to back it up, Stacy blows her fucking head off with a shotgun a year after she gets to New York.

Aw fuck. I just started watching the stream. That's sad about kylan's channel. I didn't know about him when he first put out the oy very shut it down song. But as soon as I heard "there's a nigger in the moon" I knew it was just a matter of time before someone reported him and got him taken down. A lot like it was obvious shameless sperg was going to get nuked. Still sad to see it happen.

Like Josh said, these characters are based on the main Dev's old music assemble....who are all men. They are supposed to be men.
