Yeah, extremely predictable, he's going to definitely get charged, just remains to be seen with what. His saving grace may be that he was sucker-punched in front of witnesses, but even then he arguably baited the interaction while armed and has posted dozens of times about how he basically wanted this to happen. I don't think he should have been assaulted, but it's also dumb to go out and go looking for a fight.
