When I was in the scouts there was a legendary annual event called 'Escape from Colditz' that was talked of in awe by all those who had participated. It would begin in the evening, at a scout camp, where you would 'forge' your identity papers and slip out of the dormitory. You would then travel five miles on foot, in the dark, to a school, while being hunted by adults who would be patrolling in cars in an attempt to capture you and return you to your starting point. You had until the morning to complete the journey.
Eventually, someone in leadership questioned the wisdom of allowing unsupervised eleven-year old boys to roam the streets at night, where they were occasionally seen being dragged into vehicles by adult men. They changed Escape from Colditz to a 12-mile orienteering exercise through the suburbs, conducted in broad daylight, but they didn't tell anyone about the changes. I signed-up in the belief that I would be hunted and that would have to rely on my wits to elude my pursuers . When, after several hours of tedium, I realised that I had gone full circle and was returning to the camp footsore and dehydrated, it broke me.
So, when adults exploit the ambiguity of the prepositional phrase 'with the' to imply that a swim with dolphins will be imminent, I sympathise because I was led to believe that I would be escaping from fucking Colditz rather than going on a twelve-mile circular walk. I meant Playstation headquarters. Yeah, Sony can just bank roll Playstation and any mistakes they make like Concord. They also are in the Blu-Ray consortium so every time a blu-ray player is sold they get a cut. Maybe even blu-rays.

If you ask anyone (not necessarily some pro-Ukraine youtuber who's 100% promoted by Alphabet and the US gov't) if they want the war to end, they'll say "yes, of course". But then if you follow it up with "do you understand that Ukraine has been losing since day one and they'll HAVE to make serious concessions to achieve this?", they'll get all upset and act like this is out of the question.

Also, China doesn't have to take Taiwan because Taiwan already IS Chinese. It's only now that Americans are pretending to forget about the One China policy. There's maybe a handful of countries (that you've never even heard of) that don't recognize Taiwan as part of China. The reason why the US is doing this is obviously because they're in the process of overextending China and trying to cut off maritime trade routes. Can't have any rivals, nuh-uh.
