Sorry for necroreplying, but this is classic "lying with stats" deboonking; using controls that have inherent racial differences.

The research they're trying to deboonk isn't all that great, but it's better than this garbage. Science is dead.
 
Since Disco Elysium is over I'd like to nominate a few games for Josh.

1. Lost Records: Bloom & Rage

It's the spiritual successor to Life and Strange made by the original developers, it features some of the most dysgenic characters you'll ever see. Very queer. About 10 hours to finish.


2. Until Dawn

Another movie type game, featuring a schlocky slasher plot, any characters can die and the game will keep going, they often die in a very stupid way. 8-10 hours to finish


3. Pathologic 2

Russian developed game about solving a murder and trying to find a cure for a plague, very atmospheric and bizarre, it has survival type gameplay where you have to scavenge as much stuff as you can before the plague hits, it's a pretty hard game and you're unlikely to succeed at first. It's like We Happy Few but it doesn't fucking suck and it's not british. 25-30 hours to finish.
 
I don't know if Pathologic 2 will be fun to stream honestly. Outside of a lot of wandering, the game can get pretty text heavy that isn't at all voiced.

oh yeah he would have to narrate it, i forgot about that. I don't think Josh wants to narrate.
 
Has Rimworld been considered?
Good streaming experience and funny/dramatic emergent story.
Wildly customizable experience that changes the game from chill tismy base builder to absolute fubar clusterfuck simulator (which would frustrate Jewsh but would be hilarious).
Lotsa good mods, great replayability.
Can rename toons to superchatters or lolcows for extra involvent/hilarity.

I don't think Josh has the time to fuck around with mods. People really need to stop suggesting games that are hard to get into off the bat and aren't fun to watch someone play.

Yeah a lot of these suggestions aren't that great. I agree with those that recommend Until Dawn or Detroit Become Human. I recently watched a playthrough of Until Dawn and realized there's quite a few bullshit moments where characters can die because of sort of illogical reasons, and I could see Josh becoming frustrated if he genuinely likes any of the characters (which I doubt he would). D:BH would definitely be kino though, I think it's probably the best suggestion for next stream.
