My solution would be that she works on highly radioactive material and the entire plot is the main guy dying of cancer as he tries to get rid of the little fucker. She would of course have shoes.

Josh sperging is just a symptom of the wider problem, which is the ever rising tide of normalized and retarded fetishes becoming unchallenged.

The character is barefoot because you carry her. That's the entire point. Why am I carrying this retard? Can I put down this retard? Why can't I leave this retard?
