mcdonalds has does this every year since 2022, they make a "adult" happy meal where instead of like a 4 piece mcnugget or regular burger, it comes with like a 10 piece and a quarter pounder or maybe a big mac

That was burger king and yeah if you paid extra for your meal you'd get that really cool shit with the rng metal chrome gold card. I think they might be cheap again (not checking right now) but a few years ago I rememebr some of the speculator cancer grabbed up a bunch of them and dried selling them for over 100 not understanding the ones that got recaleld were the normal pokeballs with stuff like plushies and figurines in em.

Coming back after seeing the whole video, this is an extremely creepy practice. I remember when the promise of gay marriage was they'd adopt orphaned children and now instead they're just paying poor women to make babies for them.

I've seen what these people do to rural white communities in Appalachia. They walk around with moral superiority when they're nothing more than glorified heroin dealers. They ruin entire towns, destroy entire families...but it's big business. A lot of people make a lot of money off of the cycle. The jails pimp the women out for sex work, and the men for hard labor. The treatment centers are nothing but ways to scam Medicaid, never really helping so that cycle just continues all over again.

An example of such a town would be the one where the Sheriff shot the judge in his chambers. That's an example of a town first damaged by the coal company killing their cattle ranchers, then pulling out leaving nothing but toxic mountain scars and unemployment. Then the pill mills come in like vultures. That's why Appalachia is in the top spots in the country for sex trafficking and drug running.

There was a big operation a few years back to clean up these operations in KY, mostly motivated by the Medicaid fraud. The government doesn't really give a shit until you start stealing from them. Word is they just moved over to the other side of the Mountain, across the border in Virginia.

Fuck doctor Steve. When I saw him go out of his way to shake the hand of Ethan Ralph, I knew exactly what he was about.

The movie tries to be a parody because Verhoeven saw a summary of the book and assumed it was Fascist. Redditors try and justify the movie being a parody because it has the exact retard mentality they do. Verhoeven has exactly one good movie and Starship Troopers ain’t it. (The book is fantastic if you like Heinlein’s style of “two characters sitting in a room explaining Heinlein’s thoughts on the matter)

I'm sorry to tell you that Paul Verhoeven is a giant sissy bitch who put down Heinlein's novel after 5 pages, decried it as fascist, and then deliberately made ST into a big parody.

The other funny thing is that Verhooven failed so spectacularly at his poor attempt at a satire that his movie had the opposite effect, people think the Federation is a very advanced and meritocratic society with its people in full support of the state and even with leaders that hold themselves accountable to their mistakes, the president/whatever resigns after the first disastrous invasion against the bug-held planet.

An update on tiktok nigger rapper d4vd, last year d4vd was on tour when someone found a corpse of a 14 year old in his tesla after it decomped so bad that said tesla stunk in a car lot. Anyways he was accused of first degree murder. Hopefully (but I have doubts) he gets the death penalty and gets killed.

This is disappointing. You'd think he'd have some balls on him, seeing how edgy and morbidly funny his movies are. I read the novel a few years ago and it didn't have a lot to do with the movie. "Fascist" simply means "authoritarian and nationalist" to the average Joe. Why and WHEN any country would be like that isn't important. The book is way more matter-of-fact than the movie. It sounds like Verhoeven thought it wasn't "fascist" enough, so he made the adaptation seem a bit more that way.
