You're right of course, and besides that, fascism is the only thing holding the Imperium of Man together. Its overstretched nature is even an allegory to the empire that had the fasces as its symbol.
But I don't think we should even need to justify this at all. Sure, the author/director/whatever had some vague intention of mocking fascism when they made some piece of media, that doesn't mean we shouldn't be able to root for or relate to the characters if they're written well. (I like the Night Lords and Eisenhorn novels personally)
I also completely agree with you that Disco Elysium really rises above that kind of shallow propaganda that leftoids want to see in all their media. You learn that Measurehead is a fascinating character if you go down the fascist route. He's a Semenese supremacist, but has never been to the Semenese islands. He looks down on the Occidentals, but speaks with the thickest Occidental accent ever, and has obviously been raised around them. Even his critical race theory, he probably got it from the same Occidental books that the Racist Lorry Driver guy did.
As you become Measurehead's race pupil, it feels like he's trying to mold you into a worthy adversary for his pretend "race combat." The one he was promised in his books. It's all puppet theater for two guys who the world left behind.
It shows you how the author views fascism as a political movement, but it also makes you like and relate to the characters.

If you feel like trying to savescum Disco Elysium again, I think I know how to get the boots:
The quest log says you need to talk to Cuno, but all the options are grayed out as if you've already clicked them. I think the "already clicked this option" formatting changes when you click the option, not when all suboptions are clicked. As in, I think one of those faded choices has a submenu to ask Cuno questions, and one of those questions is about the armor. You didn't ask about the armor while you were in the submenu, but the option to enter the submenu is still faded because you've entered it once. I suspect this was to avoid marking menus unread just because one option like "shoot yourself in the head" is still available in that menu. Basically, just go back through all the gray options and make sure the question isn't in there somewhere. I think you have to do it by the end of night two, because the only ways to get Kim to leave that I recall are arresting disco lady and waiting until night, but he takes it back on the third night regardless if you have the body down. Sorry in advance if you go back and try this and I'm wrong.
Also the Thought Cabinet kinda sucks across the board, mechanically you're almost always better off skipping them. IIRC the mechanics around the rest of the game changed significantly during development and they never went back and balanced it.

Some late and gay news in the amerifat world: apparently mcdonalds has partnered up with sony pictures animation to cross-promote sony's most popular netflix animated movie made last year: k-pop demon hunters, by selling 2 adult style happy meals: one's a breakfast meal (A sausage egg mcmuffin with some spicy yellow sauce, a hashbrown and a drink) and a mcnugget meal (10 piece, with fucking purple sauce, a drink, and shake season fries) as for a prize you get these gay cards with stills from the movie. Its just gay and retarded standard advertising

I was going to ask why a youtube short randomly was linked with no context but then when I checked back it was gone.
It's basically just a more expensive version of the old burger king big kids meal with a coating of "adult" over it for marketing to the speculator/scalper crowd. They locked their minecraft movie toys behind the adult kids meal too. It's weird they're doing this promo so late though since the movie came out last year.

Exactly, I remember what happened the first time it came out in 2022, I thought that this shit would be a fad because mcdonald's were selling out of these and I never wanted one: because I thought it was retarded, for the same price i could have gotten a shitty "adult" happy meal or a deluxe bacon QPC meal.
I know last year they did thrice, 2 times with the same sort of movie tie-in "adult" happy meal: where one was sold with a tie-in to the minecraft movie and then another was a generic one with "coupon vouchers" to mcdonald land, and then the grinch meal with the ugly green grinch pie.

I was rewatching an old MATI episode from last year where Josh played Heil Hitler by Kanye West. And it seems like the music video version of it is hard banned on YouTube
There are probably archives of it on here or odyssey/rumble. But I thought it was interesting to share. Even though Kanye is done with his Nazi arc, this was probably the best song to come from it
