LMAO, he said in the Disco Elysium stream @ 10:30
"I decided against playing Detroit: Become Human because the first five chapters are all in the strip club and I'm not doing that."

Yeah that thing he just said is about as real as the "time fatigue" mechanic in the newest Life is Strange game.
Grok or whatever AI cooked up that lie really did us dirty.

Youtube video of the 15 minute strip club scene featuring zero nudity. (Worst strip club ever)

EDIT: I'm still excited about more regular gaming streams no matter what game is played.
The actor that plays Conner and actress that plays the stripper android are married IRL.

Whats that song that played in the Ethan Ralph segment? It sounds hilarious and I wanna find it

For next week's Mad At The Internet, I'd like to submit H.R.8250, also known as the Parents Decide Act.

You know all the bullshit legislation in Democrat states that would force operating systems to card you for your ID or do the goy shuffle before you can even start your computer? They've introduced it at the Federal level. That's the bad news so far. The good news is it's only been introduced and neither the House nor the Senate have made any decisions regarding it yet, so there's ample opportunity to kill it.

I bring this to your attention here because Null can reach a much wider audience than anybody on this forum.

I’ll be honest, I forgot about the android strip club happening in D:BH, so I get Josh’s not wanting to play through that. Fucking Davad Caaaaage and his need to put horny shit in his games. I was looking forward to watching Josh make Connor murder the other androids lmao
That sure would make for a funny stream. Just taking the humans' side every single time and preventing the minority from making everything worse for the vast majority. Hey, I am a human, why would I side with a bunch of whiny robots?

I appreciate Jersh's segment on how poor the UK is. It's really important to point out that all the talk of European Social Democracy you used to find on Reddit in the 2000s/2010s was basically just Europeans spending their money unproductively and being behind the 8-ball on economic advancement.

Are we sure that Doorbell Cam Chud Guy wasn't AI? It really seemed like AI.

That list fucking nothing. The question was "compared to the following US states, where do you think the UK ranks in average income per person?". It's just a meaningless poll. Show us real economic data so we can have a frame of reference. What about taxes? What about food and energy prices? Reminds me of that time Tucker Carlson went to Russia and pretended to be in awe when he saw how cheap their food was compared to the US. You can probably find better sources to validate your prejudice against the Brits, Josh.

I don't think there's any perfect solution to the tranny problem. Our society let kids use computers as if they're adults and now a bunch of them are trannies due to the social interactions they've had online. We can't just ban the use of gender-deceptive PFPs and usernames - which often lead to people being treated as members of the opposite sex thus leading to transgenderism - because trannies will throw a fit and start killing people.

I don't think you should be allowed online unless you can prove you're an adult and I don't think you should be allowed to use PFPs, usernames, or other means to misdirect people as to your sex or general age. The problem is using actual IDs with names attached just leads to privacy issues especially since every company and government on earth have an incentive to abuse any privacy violation to the furthest extent possible.

exit: changed a word

It was a graph about self-assessed perception vs reality. English self assess they are wealthy. In reality they are not.

It's one thing to refuse to watch/play anything with even a hint of themes or imagery the sex club in Detroit covers regardless of its message or artistry. Either out of personal taste or to maintain a level of decorum in the gaming streams. However, I get the idea that null dropped using ratings systems and parents guides or anything of the sort to parse content and now just uses his own faulty memory of what he read on /v/ 10 years ago.

What I'm saying is: it's not the message, it's the lie.

@Null, a suggestion that might satisfy you and the horde of rabid Detroit Become Human fans.
Consider reaching the nighclub scene as the stopping point for your stream (it's roughly 4 1/2 - 5 hours in), play that scene off stream, continue the rest of the game next stream.
The nightclub is very self-contained and disconnected from the overarching story. It's so non-spoilery that's I'd suggest watching the scene on Youtube to make an informed decision of whether it's actually too graphic. I think you'll be surprised just how tame it is compared to whatever you're imagining.
