This is curious. So, the kryptonite of the KiwiFarms will be... the DMCA? I'm not saying that Null has any power to go against the DMCA because it's the law, i guess i'm just wondering what are the limits, then? If we post on a LFJ thread calling him names is it ok as long as we don't post pictures/videos of him?
I don't care about LFJ particularly (outside of his intention to censor KF) because he's the opposite of funny, but i want to still be able to talk about cows freely in here.

the kryptonite of Kiwi Farms is psychopaths abusing legal systems filled with actors who are apathetic to said abuse at best or complicit at worst. Null 's only defense is playing this rigged game absolutely perfectly and even then he gets fucked. It is not unreasonable to ask that people not be retarded and make themselves a target, it only makes everyone's lives more difficult for no reason. I doubt Null wanted to lock the threads but if the only way to wrangle retards and prevent them from hurting themselves is to deny them from even having the opportunity, so be it

I mean it's not shocking that a faced and named business needs to operate within the confines of the law.

He's providing what he's legally and physically limited to provide.
People who are mad are trotting out honestly reddit-tier grievances that you should break the law and defy court orders.
It's the same bullshit people trot out about Protonmail giving out IPs and credit card information requested by the FBI through the proper legal channels of the Swiss Government.
The sad thing to see is there are incredibly technically adept people who don't understand this at a logical level at their own peril like Graf who then misinform or add legitimacy to this opinion.
To that end the business has reasonably balanced accessibility and feasibility with liability and consumer protective measures, warned you about how to protect yourself and the dangers of not heeding the warning.

If you don't want your bank account to be linked to your KiwiFarms account, don't use billpay.
If you don't want your account linked to your personal email, don't use it to register.
If you don't want your IP exposed, use a VPN and/or TOR.

I would argue this is the most accessible site on the Internet, there's very little you can do to impasse yourself from logging in and posting compared to anywhere else people gather and post.
At the same time you can be incredibly private: You can pay in Monero, access it off clearnet, and use any email you want.

Nathan Darienzo (Mr. Morrow) and his wife Veronica officially divorced in 2021 and it appears that Nathan filed for the divorce.

How is it that antisemitism* now has fallen into the dregs of society. When now it's become acceptable to bring up the jews influence on America.

The dregs of society was where antisemitism was before it became acceptable. Online schizos, wierdos, and various forms of extremists. It was isolated by social norms to people that were too autistic to know better, or already outside of normal society in some sense. Your average person didn't want to touch it. And a big reason for that was the perception of the people that said this stuff. People would said the jews controlled hollywood people thought you were a wierdo nazi, and that was that.

That and also the muslims always hated the jews. Now that normal white people are actually willing to look at the influence the jews have if anything it's LESS associated with muslims than ever because normal white people are actually beginning to point it out. So its not just muslims and online wierdos that think it anymore.

*using the term antisemitism is bullshit in the first place. Especially with the definition that normally is associated with it.

Honestly I don't really see what's exactly "Disney" about it, just seems like a regular overpriced ritzy neighborhood with Disney Adults living in it. I do know though that the original Disney Neighborhood, Celebration Florida, is one of the biggest rabbit holes out there filled with all sorts of drama such as a true crime story where some guy murdered his whole family and the dog.

In the past Josh said he routinely (monthly?) deletes IP logs but this may have changed because of the spammer. In any event, if I wanted to exercise my right to privacy and engage in constitutionally protected criticism of a public figure I would only access KF through a logless VPN such as Mullvad or ProtonVPN or more ideally the Tor Browser (Brave can also access the Tor network) and sign up with an email address that isn't linked to me. Personally I would use Proton Mail or Tuta since both of them can be accessed through Tor. If you do this correctly and Null can't quash the subpoena then Elliot will receive a list of Tor exit node IPs that a million other people use and niggersneed69@tutamail.com.

That said most people won't go to these lengths to criticize LFJ and will just avoid talking about him altogether, kind of like that's his goal.

Just because you use TOR doesn't mean you're safe. You can be ID'd if they realize you're the only person using a TOR node in a 500 mi radius.
Don't forget, also JA3/JA4 fingerprinting, fonts you use, resolution size, user-agent headers, webgl, CSS, JS, GREASE metadata etc.

This is true but as far as KF is concerned there are only two bits of info that Josh might be forced to hand over that could ID you, a VPN hides one thing and a separate email deals with the other. At least that's how I understand it, I'm pretty retarded so maybe I'm wrong.

Shit I should have mentioned this before yesterday's stream (because ive been seeing videos of this on tiktok), but apparently Jimmy Kimmel has gotten into deep shit once again (but not as deep as his charlie kirk monologue): so 4 days ago he talked about how krisi noem was gone from her role at homeland security and that markwayne mullin is the new incumbent for homeland security, and kimmel goes on about how he shouldn't be running homeland security because of his previous jobs as a plumber and a low level mma fighter. And he emphasizes the plumber thing and that "this guy, a plumber is going to be protecting us from terrorists?, Well if Mario did it so can him."
Then he shows footage of trump at the housewarming of markewayne mullin (and because its kimmel he has to spin a narrative to make him bad) so whoever clipped the footage for kimmel just made it about trump talking about troons, then kimmel makes a joke about how trump should troon out.

Then 2 days later (on the 26th) he talks about markwayne again and says that newsmax and rob finnerty were talking about him and his plumber "joke" and then doubles down by saying "no no, I wasn't insulting him, I just wouldn't put a plumber in charge of homeland security, like how I wouldn't call a 5 star general to pull a rat out of my toilet." Then he shows a clip from newsmax where finnerty says that kimmels a dick because he made a dumb joke and that he's unfunny, unattractive, and just an guy. Kimmel retaliates by calling him gay and once again doubles down on saying that mullin should still be a plumber. And then ends the mullins stuff by saying that instead of getting offended by mullin's and his plumber job that you should be offended by the right wing news channels making fun of aoc being a bartender and that they should apologize.

How this nigger still gets millions of dollars by disney and his fucking left wing butt buddies I have no idea. Anyways sorry for the long post.
