First Jeet to be elected a judge in Texas is on trial and charged with Money laundering. The discovery of the felony began after it came out another jeet who was working for him was responsible for posting racist messages online that the campaign then used to drum a narrative of combating racism.

In the defense of lolbertarians I recall many of them being extremely upset in the wake of the 2007-2008 financial meltdown about bank bailouts. They pretty consistently said those institutions ought to be allowed to completely fail. A lot of them were calling for the prosecution of bankers involved, as well, on grounds of lying and misrepresenting their products, which is one of the very few things libertarians want government to enforce: contracts.
Still am, and fwiw I'm also upset about the coming/ongoing bailouts of the AI industry (i.e. the US government literally investing in Intel to keep it alive, propping up Elison's companies), and the Biden bailout of the manufacturing industry. Most, if not all, libertarians agree that a bunch of people losing their jobs and a few companies dying out is a really reasonable price to pay for a healthy economy.

New Mexico jury says Meta harms children’s mental health and safety, violating state law

SANTA FE, N.M. (AP) — A New Mexico jury ruled Tuesday that Meta knowingly harmed children’s mental health and concealed what it knew about child sexual exploitation on its social media platforms.

The landmark decision comes after a nearly seven-week trial, and as jurors in a federal court in California have been sequestered in deliberations for more than a week about whether Meta and YouTube should be liable in a similar case.

Jurors sided with state prosecutors who argued that Meta — which owns Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp — prioritized profits over safety. The jury determined Meta violated parts of the state’s Unfair Practices Act on accusations the company hid what it knew about about the dangers of child sexual exploitation on its platforms and impacts on child mental health.

The jury agreed with allegations that Meta made false or misleading statements and also agreed that Meta engaged in “unconscionable” trade practices that unfairly took advantage of the vulnerabilities of and inexperience of children.

Scrolling through tiktok got this video from abc chicago (I seem to get stuff from them a lot, i don't know why?) Posted a video about some college student who got shot by a illegal mexi-chigger.

Any libertarian worth their salt will tell you that they don't support any social spending whatsoever, making your point moot. If you don't free gibs to anyone, then leeches from third world countries also don't have access to free gibs.
They tell you this while also advocating for decriminalization of all drugs and open borders policies to, "Like, get a nice, authentic Gujarati restaurant in the neighborhood, man. My new neighbor Akshit is a model citizen, and like, Murray Rothbard would be okay with a billion jeets turning this place into an open air street market from Uttar Pradesh."

I don't know how you could genuinely make the argument that you are making while knowing your last 3 libertarian party presidential tickets have been old boomer retard (Johnson), open borders and anti-immigration restriction woman (Jorgensen), and literal faggot who wants to abolish the police and open the border (Oliver).

Peddle your nonsense somewhere else, buddy.

I'll go down a similar route, the only way that having some super-libertarian government would ever work is if we had a really strong a cohesive civil society. The quiet part of "the government can't stop me from doing XYZ because I'm a free man" was that it was supposed to be an evolving system of making things soft-illegal through social pressure. You can't have everything be legal AND a social system of infinite license and no discernment where the only social sin is to ever criticize or black ball anyone.

We probably wouldn't need the government saying "no jeet immigration" if there were no public social services AND everyone said "Yeah, we aren't doing business with any of you until you act right and stop being stinky".

New digital hall passes allow teachers to more closely monitor how long a student is spending in the bathroom — and who else has requested a bathroom break. The tech, called SmartPass, says it allows educators to track where students in the school have gone and for how long, making it easier to “disrupt bathroom meetups.” But some students are up in arms over what they see as an expansion of the surveillance state.

“The reality was, our paper system was broken. Teachers were losing valuable time writing passes, and we had no real data on where students were or how long they were out. We needed something better,” Stampone said. He praised the “full visibility” the app gives into students’ whereabouts, and said it allowed teachers to control traffic to the bathroom, enhancing safety.
...
Education department officials said SmartPass has been vetted to make sure students’ data is protected. "NYC Public Schools takes student privacy concerns seriously, and all approved tools must meet established privacy and security standards,” education department spokesperson Onika Richards said. A total of 167 schools are using SmartPass
Spokespeople for the company did not respond to questions about students’ privacy concerns. Public records show the education department spent $368,000 on SmartPass contracts in 2025, and $120,000 the year before.

“It’s just creepy,” Johanna Miller, director of education policy at NYCLU, said of SmartPass.

Because you assume libertarians have to support the libertarian party, and that libertarians engage in groupthink (which, to be fair, a bunch do even if it is by definition anti-libertarian).

public educational facilities have become prisons, due to external and internal shitters ruining everything for everyone. I am so glad I got out before all this shit started proliferating so hard.

The only reason hall passes are a thing is because negroes can't just go where they need to. In high school, retards would ask for hall passes just to vape in the bathroom or what not for 10 minutes. I don't think any fornicating was going on in my school, but it sounds like from this statement that they are trying to curb that there too. I pity whoever actually needs to take an extended restroom break. Imagine trying to shit and the fucking swat team rolls up on you because your SmartPass decided you were taking too long in the bathroom.

An anecdotal story is that at the end of my time in high school, they were putting up gates to try and access to the campus, but this was a pain in the ass because you had to walk all the way down to the other end of the campus to enter where you were supposed to, and then backtrack to the place you were trying to get, which was like a good 4-5 minute detour if you weren't running. What anyone with two brain cells could figure out, is if you slung your backpack over the top of the gate, you could pop its release and get in, making their access control pointless. I hope kids learn how to block the antenna on the smartpass with a piece of tinfoil or gum wrapper or something.
Teachers were losing valuable time writing passes
its really not that hard, just write student name, teacher name, building / room number, and date / time out. if some fucker has a hall pass marked 10:45 and its 11:15, then there is an issue, but not if its marked 10:45 and its 10:50
