I suppose she's not the worst liar in the world, but it's not exactly super difficult to lie when you get to set the narrative. However, she did confirm herself as a liar in at least one detail during that interview, namely she confirmed that she was lying about being "so normie pilled" as she put it. An interview can only expose someone as a liar if you have evidence that contradicts their statements or if you get them to contradict themselves. Null's interview certainly did not do the second, and I didn't follow the TT thread closely enough to know if they said anything new in their interview, however any new information they gave was not necessary for Tom to prove them to be liars since they had already said enough in the thread, so Null could at most be credited for forcing Tom to defend himself by signal boosting the accusers on his channel. To be clear, that's not a good thing.
Now, let's pretend that Turkey Tom hasn't responded yet, what kind of credit should we give to the women accusing him? Well, we have one witness coming forward to give testimony, while including evidence in the form of screenshots and recordings. I say one witness, because although two women came forward, they coordinated with each other by their own admission, so their testimony cannot be considered to be independent. This also taints any future women who may wish to accuse Tom of similar things by virtue of the fact that their testimony is public, and it is for this reason that police will try to prevent witnesses from talking to each other (ironically, these women being exposed as liars significantly lessens the amount of damage they did to any future witnesses, since someone is less likely to conform their accusations to known lies). Of course, the testimony of a single witness can be very good evidence if that witness is known to be trustworthy, but in reality these women are not trustworthy witnesses, and in fact are untrustworthy since, by their admission, they are severely mentally ill, and the principle accuser was really obviously lying about certain parts of her testimony. The screenshots could easily be faked, however in this case that's somewhat unlikely since the accusers are not likely to know how to fake screenshots (in fact, Turkey Tom decided to confirm the screenshots were real, which was dumb). Furthermore, the screenshots could have left out important context that would completely reframe them, so it was necessary to evaluate them with this in mind, although from what I saw added context couldn't have helped much (and in fact it didn't). Recordings ordinarily would be unimpeachable, but AI generation is becoming increasingly capable, and there is a possibility that it will become too difficult to distinguish a fake from a real recording in the future. With that being said, the recordings were pretty clearly not AI, so they did constitute proof, of course while keeping in mind that some context may be missed, although again what kind of context could have helped with "nightrape"?
In short, the simple testimony ought to be treated as mere rumor, the screenshots ought to be taken with a grain of salt, and the recordings are proof.
Also, you should not be tricked into giving more credit to accusations just because "it's a horrible thing to lie about". There are a lot of very horrible people in this world, and these women were open about having BPD. Also, it's estimated by Lisak, Gardinier, Nicksa, and Cote (2010) (attached) that up to 10% of rape accusations are false, which is a lot. To be clear, this study was trying to fight against the idea that false rape accusations are common. Furthermore, probably about 1 in 3 rape accusations have insufficient evidence to be taken seriously, considering the numbers they cite in this study range from between 20% to 50% of rape accusations being considered untrustworthy by police. To take one example, in the Philadelphia study (Lisak et al exclude the number of "unfounded" accusations because they take the stance that it doesn't matter) of over 1,000 rape accusations almost 30% (27.2%) were unfounded.
