This year has had a really dry winter in my neck of the woods. I had to get a humidifier for my bedroom and drink 2x as much water and tea to rehydrate and I still feel dried out in the morning. If I neglect drinking water, I start to feel kinda sick with a headache and brain fog (which drinking lots of water fixes, whoda thunk?). I have never felt this dry but I am also not getting younger.

Try some electrolyte powder. Helps me massively when I drink too much. One electrolyte drink before bed, one after I wake up. I put a sweet N low packet in the bitter ones.

Ehhh if I were more active, I would. Drinking water/tea usually fixes my hydration. I don't want to fuck up my kidneys.

Also find me one without nasty flavors. I hate monk fruit, stevia, sucralose, and the shit they add to taste like "fruit." Gross. Plain water better for you.
