I have ran into a real problem with my consumption of the Dear Sneeder's podcast. I would like to locally maintain an archive (doesn't have to be perfect) so I can simply listen to the streams without having to stream it from my phone/laptop. Unfortunately, I believe we have come to a period in time where this is now impossible.

I'll break down the steps I've taken.
0. Non-VPN YouTube or Rumble: lolno
1. Grayjay: Broken as shit. Not even Rumble or Kick work anymore for me.
2. gPodder: RSS feed only has last 100 episodes. mati.live only displays 10 per page, meaning 35 pages would need to be manually separated.
3. yt-dlp: Rumble breaks it. Kick only shows three episodes.
4. Brave Browser (mobile): cannot export the "playlist." Impossible to do bulk.
5. Archive thread on this topic: too autistic. I'm not spending months downloading torrents over i2p so I can put them on my mp3 player.

Is it over? Will I have to scrape mati.live? Is there something I'm missing?

This is probably your best bet honestly unless you'd rather scrape it manually. Depends how complete you want your archive really.

Do you use a VPN or not? I don't know what you mean. You can easily leech 95% of MATI episodes from Rumble if you use JDownloader. That's what I did. Just copy links from Rumble, JD will monitor your clipboard and add them to the download list. You can then filter the results by resolution/size/what have you. When you have all the files, mass rename them with Total Commander and add them to your PotPlayer playlist. Those are just suggestions.

There's a chance someone has mirrored it to the clearnet, which would be a lot faster. Though it's a 230 GB package for all 7 volumes so I doubt it this soon at least. Especially if no one else is seeding but my guy.
I'd expect around 90GB if you dump the video track from the full archive.
The MATI site is not too hard to set up a scraper for, and it serves full 1080p quality, whereas the I2P archive is only 720p because 230GB is already going to take 25-35 days to download over I2P.
This is not a nice place to start with if you're new to I2P, and that archive is mostly for people who are already on the network and have a persistent setup already, where passively waiting a month is not a large problem.

If you're expecting to download it with your PC while it happens to be running you are going to find it taking however much longer as that 30 days metric is continuous time. Every time you start up I2P it pretty much needs to build it's own BGP from the network, so there's a minimum 10m delay before it starts downloading effectively.

Have you tried a vod downloader for kick? It’s worked for me unless the whole vod system is down globally

yt-dlp works fine for me on Rumble. Have you tried updating it?

I wish I could say it's a joke but they've been pushing gay shit in their "lore" video's for a while. One of them they made the entire series about someone getting over trauma for being gay. Why a channel about music mashups needs a series about someone getting over gay trauma I'll never know.

Yeah sorry that was confusing. I use a VPN and I'm not planning on turning it off to do this. I'm still highly skeptical of data privacy in current year, and YouTube and Rumble are not really friends of mine.

Also be careful recommending JDownloader. I went to their official page and downloaded the version compatible with my machine and it tried installing so much fucking adware. I looked it up and found numerous Reddit threads talking about this very issue. I bet it's fine software but I'm not dealing with that shit. (The dev is either a total scammer or a retarded lolcow in the replies lol).

Mega based but sadly while it would be incredibly satisfying, it isn't so simple to take back England. As soon as 10 Downing Street is taken (an important number in the Jewish Free Mason guild), the (((EU))) will send in an advanced strike force consisting of their own personal army and troops from member countries of the EU oligarchy.
