Announcement of Actions to Combat the Global Censorship-Industrial Complex

Press Statement

Marco Rubio, Secretary of State

December 23, 2025

The State Department is taking decisive action against five individuals who have led organized efforts to coerce American platforms to censor, demonetize, and suppress American viewpoints they oppose. These radical activists and weaponized NGOs have advanced censorship crackdowns by foreign states—in each case targeting American speakers and American companies. As such, I have determined that their entry, presence, or activities in the United States have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States.

Based on these determinations, the Department has taken steps to impose visa restrictions on agents of the global censorship-industrial complex who, as a result, will be generally barred from entering the United States. Further, based on the foreign policy determination, the Department of Homeland Security can initiate removal proceedings against certain individuals pursuant to INA section 237(a)(4)(C), which renders such individuals deportable.

President Trump has been clear that his America First foreign policy rejects violations of American sovereignty. Extraterritorial overreach by foreign censors targeting American speech is no exception. The State Department stands ready and willing to expand today’s list if other foreign actors do not reverse course.

These actions are pursuant to Section 212(a)(3)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act, which renders inadmissible any alien whose entry into the Unites States the Secretary of State determines “would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences for the United States.” Certain family members may also be covered by these restrictions. In addition, Section 237(a)(4)(C) of the Immigration and Nationality Act renders an alien deportable from the United States if the Secretary of State has reasonable grounds to believe the alien’s presence or activities in the United States would have potentially serious adverse foreign policy consequences.

For far too long, ideologues in Europe have led organized efforts to coerce American platforms to punish American viewpoints they oppose. The Trump Administration will no longer tolerate these egregious acts of extraterritorial censorship.

Today,
@StateDept will take steps to bar leading figures of the global censorship-industrial complex from entering the United States. We stand ready and willing to expand this list if others do not reverse course.

I finally watched the PPP gumroad episode the other day and I really enjoyed it! Especially the first part when you were talking about older lolcows. I think people would really enjoy it if you did something like your gumroad episodes or person streams with PP where you guys cover a lolcow or some weird subculture (albeit less research intensive than a person stream). I think that people would actually subscribe to your Gumroad for it if you did the frequently enough. I hope the hour and a half of you and PPP talking about religion gets uploaded.

Do you mean to tell me there is a biological male in this video? Besides the baby?

Why does the Libertarian decorate his space with two (2!) helmets of the Roman Empire? Why is that hourglass in the back not pouring sand? Did he buy a stopped hourglass on purpose or did it stop sometime during the onset of his puberty?
Did I give the impression that I'm his interior decorator?

Coz I never listen to a podcast, without first extensively researching the hosts home decor choices, and motives.

But he's clearly a liar and a fraud, coz he owns an actual clock, and doesn't flip a goddam hourglass 24 times a day, which obviously discredits everything he says. I bet he isn't even a REAL Roman legionary!!

(They are a pair of weirdos tbh, with those giant hipster glasses, they kinda look like siblings and/or characters from Dexters Lab . And they have a bunch of weird "futurist/transhumanist" beliefs about AI and artificial insemination/fertility tech saving the world, or fuck knows what. But they make a decent podcast)

I don’t think the British will ever have their “crash out” moment like this guy thinks they will
I agree but, still, boiling lobsters alive does seem needlessly cruel when you can just kill them with a quick stab in the head immediately before they go in the pot.

@Null Some possible science news for MATI.

They've found an interesting, new animal kingdom parallel for troonism, FAR more accurate than the old "Clownfish" meme.

Sucessfull male crabs grow large, and have a harem; A territory the male protects, for ONLY the dozens of female crabs he mates with (so a female-only space). But UNSUCCESFUL males start to physically mimic the females, they get smaller sized like the females, even their pheremones imitate female crab pheremones... This female disguise allows the unsuccessful male crabs to sneak into the female-only spaces, bypassing normal protections, where they can then rape the females, as a strategy to avoid having to compete for mates with other males.

These people are so blatantly generic that they literally look like AI generated slop.

Whatever they're talking about is most certainly AI generated slop too, but I wouldn't know since I don't listen to niggers.

Animal cruelty is ok if the meat that is produced is tastier than without. Veal is fucking tasty and a brilliant discovery.
Not a vegetarian or anything nor was he, but I always have to ask people they give David Foster Wallace's essay "consider the lobster" a read if they can stand his wordiness. You know, the guy ralph was screaming at thinking it was Jared Taylor or something. The lobster is an interesting animal in our diet as it's one of the last prepared in the American home still alive.

Is it crabs that you have to boil alive or lobsters? I’ve never boiled either, @Null you’re the old bay expert

I don't have a huge problem with boiling them (I've been around plenty of shellfish in my life) but most people I know kill them first with a knife since it takes 2 seconds and stops them splashing also. It makes no difference to the taste of flesh either.

The Chinese don't even boil them anymore since that wasn't cruel enough and pour liquor on a plate underneath and light it on fire under the live crab so it takes like 2 minutes for it to die. That's fucked and it sure as shit doesn't make the flesh any better.

Maybe I'm a bleeding heart but they can apparently tell a half a degree temperature difference in water and will move to be more comfortable, so knife in the head seems best. You're also looking it in the eyes with that method, something not many first worlders have to do with their food unless they were raised on a farm.

Neither. The bit about boiling them alive is just because they go bad very quickly (within a day or so) once dead, it's more an adage to avoid food poisoning. "Don't eat questionable dead shellfish" morphed into "you have to boil them alive or you will get sick" over time because people are dumb and superstitious.

this kills the crab.webp

What's the difference to the crab? The only reason people are more okay with boiling it in a pot is because they can put a lid on and not have to watch it die.

I can follow the mindset, and think this is one of those topics where people probably do just feel differently at a core level. If being uninsured causes stress, then no cost-benefit analysis should convince them otherwise.

The calculus I did at 20-whatever was literally "is there an injury I could imagine sustaining that would cost me more to deal with than having insurance; excluding being outright killed or crippled beyond reason." I had no net worth or spouse to protect, so it was a very short list. Weighed the odds of those happening against paying $4,000/year and said fuck it.

For the brief period of time I had a traditional W-2 employer, I wish I could have elected to receive their employer health insurance contributions as pay instead. Because even subsidized I wasn't convinced the risk profile of having insurance worked in my favor.
Healthy 20-somethings going without is probably the "rational" decision but only because everything is so gay and retarded. If you ended up being the teeny tiny percent that got cancer in their 20's you would be fucked. In a better world there would be a health plan for healthy 20 year olds with 10k max out of pocket that cost 5$/mo.

People treat non-mammalian sea animals (fish, crabs, lobsters shrimp etc.) horrible in general. The worst out of any of the animals. Ill admit even Im guilty of it sometimes too as a fisherman. General practice for ice fishing for most is to just toss them on the ice away from the hole until they freeze or suffocate, and the alternative is to bleed them out (better meat quality IMO). Fish get treated in ways people would find utterly abhorrent if they had 4 legs and fur.

This is a general behavior for other animals, not just crabs, for example male iguanas have large crests to attract females but incel iguanas are almost indistinguishable from female iguanas and use this to their advantage to rape them, same lions and flapless orangutans, it seems like an almost universal behavior for failed males of any species to pretend being women just to have an oportunity to rape and spread their shitty genes.
