This image has been going around xitter for a bit. Theyre apparently auschwitz survivors, as evidenced by their tattooes. But nazi germany fell after 1945, 80 years ago. These two men dont look close to 90-95 years old, so how would they have tattooes put on them as young children that would survive, intact and legible for 80 years?
More than that, why would Nazi Germany tattoo their inner forearms? Not their wrists for ease of access? Or better yet, their faces. If the goal is to identify jews like cattle why not tattoo them right on the forehead/cheek, so its impossible to cut off and easily identifiable for a german soldier to see and check, compared to the INNER forearm where it takes you lifting your sleeve dramatically to show it off?
