Deseret News: At the site of Charlie Kirk’s assassination, senators look for ways to end political violence (archive)

CNN's Dana Bash, left, speaks with Arizona Sen. Mark Kelly and Utah Sen. John Curtis during a CNN town hall in the Noorda Center at Utah Valley University in Orem on Wednesday, Nov. 12, 2025.
During their televised discussion, Curtis and Kelly previewed a bill they intend to introduce shortly that would remove liability protection for social media companies that boost content that contributes to political radicalization and violence.

The “Algorithm Accountability Act” would transform one of the pillars of internet governance by reforming a 30-year-old regulation known as Section 230 that gives online platforms legal immunity for content posted by their users.
The bill would strip Section 230 protections from companies if it can be proven in court that they used an algorithm to amplify content that caused harm. This change means tech giants would “own” the harmful content they promote, creating a private cause of action for individuals to sue.

Alexa did you know even though they only make up only 13% of the population blacks commit the majority of violent crime?

A while ago, I asked the older grok about my firebird library out of curiosity since I saw github traffic results from chatgpt.com and it piqued my interest. Anyway, I asked the new grok 4 about my code since the older version had some slightly outdated info. Grok 4 shows how it arrives at its answers, and there is a clear indication that it searches KF threads (including my own) to gather info. Thought that was pretty cool.

TL;DR version: 1763141005878.webp

It mentions not being able to find a README.md, but my repos all have one. idk what happened there.

Edit: another reference

pls excuse the sloppy highlighting.

Also, it says that "multi-threading isn't built-in but can be added via Go routines", even though that's exactly what my fucking solver library does. Async solving leveraging the power of Go to make solving challenges quick af on sufficiently powerful machines. So it's telling a straight up lie there.

Josh can literally end his inceldom and start a family with a british refugee wanting a green card, what's the matter with this goy?
But she'd still be British. How can you not see the problem?

Besides, I already see him typing his love letter live to Marjorie Taylor Greene. ❤️

At the end of the day actions speak louder than words and so far there’s been actions that indicate otherwise. Blackpilling instead of applying pressure isn’t going to do anything besides let it happen.
What actions indicate otherwise? What's the benefit of saying that Americans are not talented, cannot come off of unemployment to learn a manufacturing job (a statement so retarded it's beyond belief), and that they must be replaced by infinity immigrants when your constituency wants the opposite? Who is "applying pressure," someone who thinks everything is fine or someone who is blackpilled?

Are you dense enough to believe that sending ICE into deep blue areas to round up immigrants is the most effective way to reverse the issue, rather than, I dunno, making it impossible for illegals to get jobs and housing and/or confiscating remittances?

So how is babbling on and on about how we goyim are fucked and we should just give up and let them win solving the problem? I want to understand this logic. And for your second question that’s a problem that starts at the local level. You replace the people pushing it with your own alongside boycotting businesses encouraging it and you can apply pressure to move to the higher levels. Babbling on about how “It’s over guys we should just give up and let them kill us all” isn’t a solution no matter how hard you act like it is one.

Who said anything about giving up? I've literally not seen a single person say anything like this. Try engaging with what people are actually saying rather than with what you want to pretend they're saying.

That aside, I'm surprised that people don't seem to be paying attention to the other half of that Ingraham clip, which is that Trump says we need 600,000 chinks in our universities or else the universities might, *gasp*, go out of business! That's your "Make America Great Again." Protect the universities that are largely responsible for the mess we're in in the first place. Brilliant.

I see what they’re saying, they’re all saying “America is fucked” “commies are going to kill us all” “we should just give up already”. I’ll say it again words are worth less than actions and unless we actually see it get put into action it’s just words, and with people pressuring the government we’ll see if they’re willing to do career suicide.
