Here's something in the internet dying news. A forum specifically dedicated to the Price is Right, that has been around since the 90s, and documents every episode they can find of this show going back to the 70s when the show started, has been taken down because the website host they had merged with another company that decided to end the website hosting, and now they're struggling to come back because they don't know if the site's data is still there and they didn't move it when they were getting notified about the situation.

Here's some information about the site. One of the guys who founded the site was actually good friends with one of the old producers of the show, and during the site's golden years they managed to get an ED article due to drama there.

Besides the big forums that discuss every show, there are forums that are specifically made to discuss specific game shows, and one of those websites is Golden-road.net, created back in 1998 by Marc Green, ClockGameJohn, and Robert Searcy (who apparently had friction was the prior 2 back in 2007 due to banned a chat moderator, FPGWillyT, for apparently abusing his powers but Searcy had ironically enough abused his powers so he lost his powers.) specifically to discuss The Price is Right. The big drama that they had back in the day was back in 2007-2008, they were staunch fans of Bob Barker, and hated when he retired from the show and Drew Carey took over. They had all sorts of drama and unfunny in jokes, and it peaked in 2008 when longtime producer Roger Dobkowitz was fired from the show for unspecified reasons and Marc Green went on a power trip and banned fucking everything as a result. Today the site has mostly been quiet since those days, but the memories of that drama continue to linger on.

We here at the Kiwi Farms do not advocate for racial conflict involving violence in the United States or elsewhere. It would be foolish of us to advocate for that on a forum already wrought by struggles to exist.
