So many layers of irony i don't even know if this is a joke or what. He's 300% white, the guy is from Wisconsin. People thought he was black because he talked kinda funny, then he said on that "drawing my life" video that he was actually Puerto Rican, but that was obviously a joke video.

You gotta understand that you are talking about Dunkey. He reviewed Death Stranding 3 times and people still don't know if he likes the game or not. Honestly, probably you mistook a joke for an opinion. He IS a big Nintendo fan, but he would never give a serious take on the copyright issue, it's not his thing, he only tries to make funny videos. Like, even as a Nintendo fan he wouldn't try to defend Nintendo because he knows it's an unpopular take, and he doesn't want to be a divisive figure, he just wants to keep making his slop and make money.

If you have any memory of what game it was, I'll try and track it down. I'm actually going to go check when the lawsuit was announced and look at videos around that time.
Edit: no idea how I overlooked this, here's his fucking video directly about the lawsuit
So...I don't think you can easily pull anything out of this and point to it as a serious opinion he holds. The first part of the video seems to be against copyrighting mechanics, which is a big contentious issue in the lawsuit, and I think one of the main things Nintendo's getting hate for. Then he puts the designs side by side and that reinforces the idea that Palworld might be skirting trying to change pokemon designs just enough to get away with it. The ending just feels like it's making fun of how people who complain about this stuff don't actually take any of the actions that would be necessary to make these companies change (sounds like a point you've made). But he doesn't at all get into any details of what the lawsuit's even about, and I think this one is clearly a comedy video. I'm open to the possibility he talked about it in another video like you're saying.

Audio on Windows works and has worked for decades. It's been almost sixty years of Unix and twenty years of Linux and they still can't find a way to make an essential concept of the operating system just work. Microsoft hiring Indians for design roles does not change this fact.

Their broken nigger dick web UI framework they converted all their UIs to broke, and my 250 dollar bluetooth headphones couldn't pair, be forgotten and re-paired, or unpaired at all, even when trying to pull up the old W7 device manager and sound apps. At length I even tried some registry editing thing some guy suggested. My only option was to reinstall windows or switch to linux, so I never went back.

Anyway point being, actually the sound doesn't 'just work' on windows and its because of jeets.

I'm a bigger MATI fan than a Dunkey fan, but your recollection contradicts my own recollection of Dunkey takes as well as the palworld video @Corgis posted. I've legit only heard this complaint from you, so it's not even like a rumor that's going around that Dunkey is a crypto-copyright super-soldier as far as I know.
Not trying to be a dick, but you do misremember a lot of things. Given the variety of topics covered it's understandable, and it's part of the charm of the podcast. But you do. You are a 30+ year old boomer and I know that the memory isn't always as sharp as it used to be (fuck my big chungus life). As another example, I think every single time Ludwig is mentioned you've forgotten the previous times you've mentioned him.

Odysee hasn't updated since 2024.
Rumble is up to date, but I can't download the episodes from there (yes I prefer to have an offline archive, no """cloud streaming""" bullshit for me).

What do you mean by saying "after"?

I mostly download replays with JDownloader because I'm in a different time zone, so I can't watch streams live. What's more, a video file is a lot more convenient in case I want to take screenshots or clip something. Even when I play videos on the site, uBlock seems to block all ads.
