As a former starver i recommend drinking water it helps to calm the feelings of hunger, also taking walks on nature helps to heal at least for a little whatever negative feelings you have going (hey that sounds like locals cawntent, taking pics of nature like those cheese pics that were kino) anyways i know you have a fuck load of things to do but i think you need to release that stress from time to time by doing something non internet or job related, i've noticed you a bit negative nancy these days and i think some contact with nature will help you go back to positive polly, i know shit is rough but i believe the world is going to the right direction and more than ever is necesary to chillpill and chimp out less about niggerdick and jeets, they will all get the alleyway reckoning soon :).

Although the rants are funny ngl, hope you heal and find the ham for your cheese.

This game looks that one /v/ meme about game UIs, which would be OK if the game was like a 30 minute long parody like Duty Calls, but it looks like an actual full video game. If this is the best that they can show in 20 seconds then that's dire. Why have "OUT OF SPOONS" show up on the UI? Why have reloading flash the screen black? Why is the movement so awkward?

What the fuck is even happening with the player's weapons/items at the bottom of the screen? The player's weapons should not take up half of the screen just so you can show off your flashy animations. DOOM, Quake, Half-Life, etc. all have guns that get out of the way so that I can see what the fuck I'm shooting at. This game's UI makes me feel like I'm always ADS.

The "substance" of this game doesn't sound much better if you look at the Steam page:

Great start. It seems that Gamergate XLVII has still failed to improve games journalism.

I can run Quake on any computer past 2000 and I can run DOOM on two potatoes connected with copper wires. What's this games excuse? It needs more particle effects to mask its shittyness?
 
You burn more weight lifting heavy then you do not eating. If you switch primarily to meat with some brown rice prior to a work out but keep it within 2600 calories daily, you will balance out your frame.

I used to be 400 pounds and have done lifting for 11 years with 5 being powerlifting by itself. Welcome to hit stickers but 1-2 hours 2-3 times a week hitting groups(back, shoulders, chest and arms make a suit look alot better if they have size). I'm not going to say much beyond this but losing weight is alot faster with lifting and walking(listen to music walking).

If youre consistent, you can lose a lot more weight and faster by fasting.

Eating right and lifting is better overall of course and is excellent for losing weight and body recomposition, but its not as fast for pure weightloss.

Walking and fasting is good too. Helps if you've the time and are distracted or tempted by food.
