Sugar Land has become overrun by southeast Asians and Indians. It’s outside of Houston, I think it’s because there’s so many engineering jobs and people from A&M University are close to Houston and people from UT decide they want to live somewhere cheaper than Austin, which I guess Houston is. Sugarland>Katy>Conroe area (outskirts of Houston) are all just one giant suburb that attract middle class/middle upper class foreigners (engineers/IT/etc. degree farm university graduates). It’s a shame, really.
