@Null - If you want to cover the Christ Cantwell tape I threw together this edit. I tried to edit out the superfluous gay moaning and leave behind just the silly stuff. I added some closed captions for ease of understanding and stock footage of a cute hamster to make the whole thing less viscerally disgusting.

Needs a techno beat.

e new OP is the clearest, easiest way to take in the marky allegations, the second best thing out there is a fucking "imam peter griffin" video of all things. It's just a complicated issue.

It would be awesome if the blessed and revered MATI Clipper could cut out Josh reacting to that Marky timeline.
I missed that segment.
A longform MATI v MDE supercut would also be very cool.

Drives me fucking CRAZY how insanely concentrated and stupid the US food supply is.

The average piece of food you put in your body in the US travels fucking 1000km to get to your plate. That is insane.

this time of year up to a quarter of my diet travels from my backyard to my mouth but it's a very short season and I can't get it higher than that

but I eat 90% local meat, craigslist cow sales are where it's at

however that's just rich lady hobby behavior, it's not scalable. policy needs to be directed at connecting midsize local producers, running actual businesses that support actual families, with large buyers like schools and nursing homes and hospitals. I know real live policy wonks read this - I don't know about the consitutionality of requiring institutions within a state to buy all or a certain percentage of ag produce from that state but I bet it could be heavily incentivized. This would provide the reliable income stream necessary to build up real local markets.

Being forced to use this stupid payroll app my job is switching too, they previously were doing it oldfashioned cash and checks.
Through tons of emails, i even offered to learn to do the payroll on behalf of the company (consisting of less then 10 employees) but finally conceded. As soon as i sign up i go to request that they dont sell my stupid data at the very least and they instantly send me an email saying "lol we dont have to comply with your requests"

do you think i should legally change my address to california and continue to live in my fuckass state anyway just so i can have basic privacy rights?

Also, assuming i dont live in california, who do i contact to complain about this. their Privacy Policy uses phrases like “users may have the right…” instead of clearly saying “only residents of states with laws such as CCPA/CPRA.” which is misleading and i am frustrated.

i want to try to do something about this but dont know where to start.
Contact your states secretary of state office and complain. About half of states have very strong consumer protection laws on the books, but the enforcement is almost always complaint based.

Comfy Friday shift ruined. It's so fucking over.
My boss (more of a partnership nowadays, but old habits have me referring to him as boss when I'm not calling him something less flattering, its good to work with your friends) knows he better have a damned good reason to hit me up on a Friday before 3pm...

And now I find my day empty and without structure...
MATI withdrawal must be something like how purgatory feels.
