Live in a cave, make it so anyone who wishes to harm you must enter the cave to do so. Use a dead man switch to detonate a series of explosives along the roof of the cave to crush everything inside the moment you die.

i find it funny but , yes slope is verrrrry slippery.
Retailers are already reacting to a recent Texas bill by pulling manga from shelves, including issues of Dragon Ball and more.

The bill SB20 appears to have noble intentions with language going after generative AI being used to create material which simulates realistic child exploitation. However the bill also includes vague references to “cartoons”.

As previously reported, there’s plenty of manga and anime which could hypothetically run afoul of this bill, while anime featuring fanservice or sexual violence such as Goblin Slayer are obvious targets, retro anime which features casual nudity is also on the chopping block. For anyone familiar, it’s a running gag in the original Dragon Ball for a young Goku to run around naked.

As a result, at least one retailer made the decision to pull these earlier volumes from shelves, and be more restrictive on what he will allow customers to order.

“There’s so much media nowadays, you can’t watch every single thing or read everything, so I don’t know what characters are shown inappropriately, at what ages, and whatnot. It would definitely be more like in-detail research on certain franchises, if they’re going to be affected or not,”

SB 20 was signed into law this past June and to our knowledge there have yet to be any cases which test its constitutionality.

To be clear, he didn't receive any complaints or notices, he simply recognized that Dragon Ball is a morally corrupt manga and assumed it would also be illegal (or if you want to be very conspiratorially minded he might've done it for the purpose of putting it on the news). There is no possibility that anyone will be prosecuted for buying or selling copies of Dragon Ball under the current law (if only).

This Joshua Moon seems like a scary guy.
Best to be on his good side. I hear he's getting a rifle chambered in .50 BMG (extremely based)

Unrelated, but I came across discussion surrounding this ad allegedly posted to Facebook by a Filipino burger restaurant:

I love how layered and blatant it is. In addition to the three obvious jokes, you may also notice a subtle fourth: cotton plants

in front of him (he describes it as a "hand full of unknown pills")
Holy fuck.
And his first thought was "I need to have sex with that."

Kirk is the one whose face got edited to be smaller and smaller on memes to make fun of him.
Those were good memes.

Giving government incredibly vague laws to curtail free speech definitely will be abused which is why I hate them having any power period.

Incredibly sad, I didn't even really like Charlie, but I feel terribly sorry for his wife and two young kids. Being murdered, dying that young is tragic, and just a huge reminder how ephemeral things really are. Being 31 you always assume you have more time, but you can be gone at any time. Use the time you have the best you can.

"Come now, you who say, 'Today or tomorrow we shall go into such and such a town, spend a year there doing business, and make a profit'— you have no idea what your life will be like tomorrow. You are a puff of smoke that appears briefly and then disappears." James 4:13-14.

Bringing a bit of levity to a dark week, I feel like this will be Josh's response about the current social and political climate recently.
