The Germans would have been able to starve out the UK if they didn't screw up when dropping their very effective "influence mines" that worked off emitting an electromagnetic field and once an object containing a lot of metal (a ship) passed over the mine would detonate sinking the ship. On a deployment run several were dropped not in the water but on the shore allowing the British to take one intact and reverse engineer a solution to defeat the mines.

Im even more cynical. How many single moms put "my child always comes first?" I saw that constantly and it really is a sinister shit test. Any man who dated them is accepting being the silver medal, the accessory; and the woman knows it too thus deflating your value to her. God speed to dudes who want to be a father figure but you can scratch that itch with BBBS if you want to mentor a kid who isnt yours.

In the 1970s a man that was willing to be a step dad was looked at by the community as making a sacrifice and bearing the shame of not raising his own blood.

After learning about predators I feel no man should be around non biological children.

No single mom should have a man anywhere near her kids.
