University degrees are basically just proof that you can do a sustained thing and pay attention to "something".
The only degrees worth anything are for lawyers or doctors or engineers and sometimes even that is dubious

That sounds psycho so I should explain. Johma Conner Potter Moonpie is a man, he is obviously allowed to maintain personal relationships and friendships. But the world has a tendency to see Null as the Troll King rather than the High Janny he really is, so they think cozying up to him and the farms is the most effective method of troll shielding and potentially suppressing personal info at the biggest place where it's sure to stick for any e-celebrity. They fail to realize the nature of the community where it does not do what slobbermutt wants nor does it care necessarily to agree with him whatsoever, and then you get guntguard or noseguard shit where eventually the person wants too much protection to be reasonable about. They want Null to be their buddy and take down the stuff they don't like even if it's breaking no rules, and it never works out that way, thankfully.
So I'm always of the mind that this is something to be incredibly wary about, even if it's not a guarantee.

This is true and well written. The unfortunate thing about being null or anyone like it (maybe moot is a somewhat similar example since he is also out there with his real name, or the live leak dude) is that the vast majority of people lack any insight into what it's like to build "something" on the internet nor the stresses involved with it.
You constantly have to fight all sorts of battles and this forum has been around for more than a decade and even small things don't really just slip by and can be amplified into giant problems by observers.

When you're in the position of having "control" over something like this you will get all sorts of people trying to cozy up for influence - but with the way the farms work it's not like people don't notice things. Removing stuff once it's posted here has questionable value and of course the Streisand effect always applies.

But yeah when you're in a position like null you'll find yourself in a club with very limited people who are "allies" or even have a similar experience to draw upon and it's unlikely they'll share similar views but they may have somewhat similar experience dealing with the problems that come with it. Many people burn out of such a role over time sadly.

(Seriously though, I think unexpected disagreement on a point that is important to the person is very mentally distressing for the kind of people that form serious para-social relationships and is probably one of the main drivers for the BDP-esque splitting behavior a lot of them exhibit.)

It wasn't that you need to have a degree to be able to legally call yourself an engineer, rather you had to be employed by a profession recognized by a certain legal entity in Ontario to legally call yourself an engineer. Though you missed the forest for the trees as the point of that video was to highlight Pootasaar regularly and repeatedly lied or greatly exaggerated his achievements in life to build this image as this credible person who you should respect. In other words he acted exactly like a stereotypical Jeet

A degree is proof you can sit down and do unimportant shit because you're told to. You get sit in a room where you bought the book your teacher wrote for hundreds of dollars and parrot whatever he says and you learn to tolerate doing nothing important and jumping through arbitrary and outright fraudulent hoops.

A degree is proof that you're a very well trained person the same way a dog can be very well trained.

It's proof you can play along, businesses love this.

It's basically a piece of paper that says "I'm not non functional".

It's why a lot of jobs and fields will allow you to opt education for experience. They're both just proof you won't just show up and immediately start flinging shit around the place.

Yes I listened to it, I would have commented on it sooner if he uploaded the mp3 (which is still not up on https://madattheinternet.com/)
And he said he is being more favorable/charitable to the poo because he is "kind" to kiwi farms. Which is pretty niggerish behavior.
Degrees and college are gay, but that does not excuse the poo claiming he GOT a degree from Canada (Josh seems to imply he got it from India). Then use that claim to base his entire career from.
But its okay because he likes kiwi farms at the moment.
We will see if he changes his tune as time goes on, maybe he will say the site should be shut down.

For my friends, everything; for my enemies, the law. The only real question is if Muta is a friend or enemy. If you have to have the precarious position of the farms explained to you again than maybe it is YOU who is the nigger.
