Who says America's posterity is destined to be adulterated with incognizant
masses who can't recognize Somalia on a map. Our colleague Professor Bodah
has articulated a very authoritative editorial regarding the necessity of
group homes for special needs individuals. Professor Bodah has journeyed
through the Far East and Asia spreading his message of good will towards the
differently abled. I found it to be enriching and decided to summon it to
the attention of the IBFT clientage.

calling Charlie stupid . I think that it was not right for them
to take him out to a bar and get him drunk.Because afterwards
they made a lot of fun of him.But he is so stupid that he did not
even realize it. I don't like the mentely retard be cause they
make me sick to my stomach.
When I am trying to eat I see a retard I have to throw away my
food before I get sick.It ant gut nothing to do with being
stupid. I gust have a week stomach when they are around.It ant
like doctor Newmer how acted like he did not exsist to after the
operation. I now that they exists and there is nothing wrong with
that I don't mind them I just cant look at the mentely retarded
for to long or I get sick.
The mentely ill has a lot of problumes because they have no
frends.The sad part of it is that they did nothing rong.they were
gust born way .Some were in accidents or droped on there heads .
Some are retarted because ther parents were alcoholics wile thay
were pregnent.Or because of drug problums there parents might of
had and could not quit for those nine monthes.

My opinion is that if some one gets pregnent and drinks or drugs
for those nine months that thay are not fit to be a parent. and
that there kid should be taken right after birth.Because if the
mother is not gona stop drinking or druging for that nine monthes
then she ant gona stop at all.and that kid is never gona have a
healthy life.parents who drink and drug while thay are pregnent
should go to jail if test sho that thay were driking or druging
during the nine monthes.

The mentaly retarded must have a hard life because thay alwes
need some one there to take care of them.And if thay dont have
some one there to watch them at all times then thay would have to
go to a state school.like waren state school were thay could be
wathed during the day . Mentaly retarded people must have no time
to there selfs because thay all wese need some one to watch over
them.

I agree that Null is wrong about fat chefs. Especially the barbeque part. You think of the stereotypical "great barbeque guy" and it's like a fat guy in an apron and a hat, with some sort of accent.

I think he's just formed a bit of a complex over it and so is overcorrecting a little. Don't get me wrong people take you less seriously as a fatty in most things,but food? "Oh but if you eat a fat guys food it will make you fat?" Bitch, when the French cook they don't make food good by sprinkling it with fairy dust, they drown in in butter.

Paulda Dean was not a skinny woman, Emeril Lagasse was not a skinny man. and Gordon Ramsey is more reality tv host than chef at this point. I'd rather eat some good ole boys barbeque.

I'm pretty sure there is very little correlation between the Fed prime interest rate and a mortgage rate. Mortgages are based on 10 year treasuries and the bond market. Nobody wants to buy our treasuries at 4.5% and they sure as hell won't want to buy at lower, and the Fed is trying to offload the T-bills from the last time they bought a bunch. There is almost nothing that can be done for prices except to increase selling pressure (which they are talking about with the 0% capital gains on home sales), but everyone who has been buying recently is basically underwater so they couldn't afford to sell. Also the dollar is intentionally being devalued right now, so whatever shit's fucked. Renters shall inherit the Earth.
 
Every single person working for VISA/Mastercard deserves to be 'booked. Disclaimer: I'm not advocating for violence.
But those people should be taught a lesson. Just treat the people working in those institutions like the parasites they are.

Catching up on the show, just got to the part where null outed himself as a novice gun user and safety advocate. It's deeply troubling. he even uses reddit finger...
If you own a gun over a year without negligent discharging at least once, you aren't handling it enough. NDs are a natural part of handling weapons. I ND several times a year because I actually HANDLE and know how to USE my weapons. It makes me a better firearms handler and marksman, and it's a small part of the price you pay for the ooperator lifestyle. Simple fact is, the "safety mentality" will build mental blocks in your head that will get you killed.
You need to be comfortable putting your finger on the trigger and pointing the gun wherever you want no matter the time, place, or status of the weapon. Taking time to check whether the gun is loaded whenever you pick one up will serve to make you hesitate in a personal defense scenario. Fucking safety idiots are going to get people killed all because of this fucking "ND" shaming. Guns are inherently dangerous, you need to accept it.
PS Just get some air pods for hearing protecting they got noise canceling and you can listen to tunes while practicing shooting troon death squads.
