I've watched alot of anime and I actually skipped/missed Lain. Seemed too slow and boring, and there wasn't actual 'enthusiasm' when people talked it up.

In other news, McDonalds has brought back the Snack Wrap. Yeah, it's nothing new, Del Taco and Arby's have had similar items for years, but there's something to be said for accessibility and McDonald's standard taste profile for them. Ranch all the way, baby.

I don't care if it's liquefied meatslop that's probably less than 5% real chicken; when you're in the mood, a 10 pack of those McNuggets go hard. Sauce? I don't really care about the sauce, personally I flip between the standard bbq sauce and honey mustard.

Memes aside, the McD's szchuan sauce was really, really good. It had a layered flavor, where it starts sweet when it hits your tongue, then gets smoky as you chew. I'm really glad I stockpiled at the Rick & Morty boom.

Same I don’t care if those McDonald’s yellow wrapper cheeseburgers are goyslop. Those fuckers hit when you’re not in the mood for spending a lot.

Usually if anyone asks I just direct them to Samurai Champloo. If they like music, they'll like it. You can sit down and watch a single episode at a time and it wraps up. The english dub is great. No weird shit.
I just think "Lets convince Null to sit through 6 hours of ambient power line and computer noises." is a funny bit.
I agree, though. If I consume Japanese product it's usually manga and even then there's only a couple I can stand these days like Kagurabachi. I peace out if it has weird sexual shit or the premise is the characters are all in a magical highschool or it's isekai, which is like 99.9% of whats out rn.

I know he's got visions of testifying before congress, but it would be pretty amazing if Null's first face-reveal public appearance was on the Joe Rogan show. That's an audience of, what, fifty million people who are already primed to mistrust the federal government and believe conspiracies?

They could build a big, beautiful gorilla nest together.
