Youtube must either automatically comply with every DMCA action they're given or individually review each one in a timely manner. The second option is not possible because the consequences for denying a "legitimate" DMCA complaint are catastrophic. Also, the "fair use" legal defense is not something that can be determined by anyone other than a judge, not even by experts in copyright law, because there cannot be a consistent standard for deciding fair use vs infringement within the framework of the DMCA, and in actual fact we have legal precedent saying that republishing work to a different audience is fair use (Hughes v Benjamin) and saying that vague similarity of works is infringement (DC Comics' lawsuit against Captain Marvel and the Blurred Lines lawsuit).
EDIT: I should also mention the irony of DC using copyright abuse to steal their competitor's work because the first issue of Batman was traced.

Removing videos and striking channels is high risk for Youtube, so they aren't quick to do it. They might auto-remove Sandy Hook denial videos :thinking:, but I'm not even sure of that. The only reason they're so heavyhanded with copyright is because the DMCA is peak corporate controlled dystopia legislation and Youtube doesn't really have a choice.

Though I do like that I am only trying to be on "the right side of history" even though I featured the SKG shit on the KF globally the same day the Ross video about Maldavius came out, which was before the vlolis being angry at me.

Your own argument acknowledges women as the fairer sex. You're not judging them on what they do, you're judging them on what they enable men to do. There always has to be a degree of separation because at the end of the day we all know it's men who are committing the most serious crimes against children.

No one unironically believes women aren't capable of doing bad things. But you don't have to do mental gymnastics to pretend they do the bad things men do. You look exceptional.

I think more important than this shit is that TAL, in a recent stream, was speculating that Josh was taking money from the legal fund and/or doing some other shady shit with site/foundation funds because "moving to the US from wherever he was is expensive"

I don't have a link but it would be in a stream from this week or so, and before yesterday's MATI.
