Eastern Standard Time as in the standard time for every municipality in the Eastern Time Zone. Not Standard Time in relation to Daylight Savings Time.

I grilled some steak, chicken thighs, and corn on the cob. I’m usually good at eyeballing the steak so it’s either medium-rare or medium at most. Good stuff. And I had some beers from a local brewery. Probably going to have a few more. 🇺🇸
