The issue was the audio channels. It's very frustrating to do stream shit, especially when it's kind of performative. I almost always flub playing something after a build up. rip

I was talking to my bar buddy and showed him an article with 'lolicon' in the title. He didn't know what that was. God seriously loves some people and forgoes some of us to plunder, see, and report sins of others.

I wasn't invested enough to ask, but as a listener and not a viewer I assumed the HIM Jim was Metokur as well. It makes more sense as a Commander Sterling thing, but I only remember Metokur segment & vtubing there and nothing about Sterling. Too many Jims™

I think what happened here that caused confusion with some people is they had stream on in background while doing shit and shit shifted from Jim who is dying of cancer to Jim who is dying from being morbidly obese. That and the "vtuber audio" segment threw everyone off.

HIM is literally supposed to be satan by the way. The reason he's called HIM is because they don't even want to acknowledge his actual name.
Looking it up after typing it out I was 100% correct. I think it might've been a joke about standards and practices not letting kids media mention demons at the time. EDITx2: was right about that one too, came cross some random trivia shit that brought it up.
Apparently there's a youtube channel that's entirely dedicated to posting clips of this guy. I'm not sure how to feel about that.

Josh's segment about the Titans and the Chiefs made it sound like his understanding of which team a sports fan roots for is based on the fan's hometown. Or team nearest the hometown.

Not a sports fan, but from my observations, it often isn't. Looks more like it's based on 'the team that my grandparents / uncles / family roots for'. People get passionate about sports because they watched/went to games with their families while growing up so there's sentimentality involved. Doesn't have to be family, it can be neighbors, friends, either way SOMEONE introduced the fan to the team and got them involved in watching the team play. It can be a team on the other side of the country, you can still find fans of them in your area. Also, national sports teams change towns and locations all the time due to change of ownership. Right now the A's left Oakland and are supposed to be going to Vegas like the Raiders did but for the next few years they're playing in Sacramento for...reasons, I guess.

I gave up trying to figure out a pattern to it, I've heard fans give all kinds of dubious reasons for picking their team. I guess any reason is as good as any? Fuck it, I'm ironically gonna be a Cardinals fan now. Why? Because lmao, look at that mascot. It's a wimpy ass BIRD. What the hell kind of a football mascot is that? All the other ones are indimidating on SOME level, like Vikings or Panthers or Redskins but oh, watch out! Here come the woodpeckers, be careful or they might sing a song at you! Other teams with birds that are at LEAST predatory ones like Eagles, like holy shit there's no such THING as a 'Seahawk' and even that looks tougher than a damn cardinal, which is a bird that is known to be PREYED UPON BY FALCONS AND EAGLES! Even owls fuck them up.

Little easier for me to comment on that one as I was not involved in the doom thing, when you do 'ironic' tranny nigger slop marathon streams such as dustborn the week after they release their thing and then ignore it for that long, it sends a message whether you would apparently want it to or not

What the fuck, how is not getting around to playing a game a "message"? Have you noticed how there's been like no game streams since then? I still have a bunch of games I got the black friday before corona hit, that's NEARLY SIX YEARS of not getting around to playing them. I've got less going on in terms of immediate tasks but my ass still hasn't done all the stuff I aimed to. Sometimes shit just doesn't line up.

Hoping it doesn't take 6 years for this doom thing though. From what I've seen of it it's fun.
