I don't necessarily buy this. There's no need to start banning drawings but we can and should cast aspersions on those that consume loli content (aside from the book by Vladimir Nabokov).

He is pointing out the sound existed before as a niche but well known thing in otaku circles, and the pedophiles, who make up a sizable percentage of said otaku circles cribbed it off of previously existing web media. You are very bad at formulating arguments. It is not sufficient to say "whoa, these two memes are kind of similar, therefore the second must come from the first." You need to actually establish the connection between them, anime screaming is not unique to generic visual novel number 78623145. Surely, if the pedophile "UOH" meme actually came from this meme, there must be plenty of examples of people posting on 4chan, 2ch, Nicovideo, or various other anime culture websites saying some variation of "UOH crying emoji fetish". Maybe it's in Japanese instead of English, maybe they used emoticons instead of emojis, but the pedophile meme cannot be a derivative of this visual novel unless it was already a meme for people to say "UOH crying emoji" before the pedophile tweet. Also, I'm pretty sure some of the people in this thread are jumping to conclusions about your motivations for arguing because of your profile picture.

If we are going down the autistic route of studying the lineage of memes, I feel like it would be apposite to draw attention to the oft forgotten definition of the word "meme".
A meme is essentially a cognitive version of a gene, conceptualized by Richard Dawkins as having the same strong/weak dynamics as physical genes inside of our bodies. Strong genes survive while weak genes do not - the process is called natural selection.
You can clearly see the connection to memes, especially in the Internet age. Strong ideas persist, because they hold up to scrutiny, stand the test of time, are generally more advantageous for people, and in the process their influence grows as more people adopt them. If they weren't strong, then they would be replaced by other ideas, as long as someone is smart enough to think of them. Strong Internet memes persist because of slightly different things but nevertheless, it follows the same formula. If it's funny, relatable, or interesting enough, then an Internet meme will persist and be repeated, growing in size and influence. Soyjaks and soyjak culture are one such example.
As for why the "uohh" meme is persisting, I believe it is because pedophiles have few ways to express themselves openly without immediately painting a target on their backs. If they couch it in an innocent sounding meme, adapted to reference anime lolicon (a sacred cow for retard coomers), then they can get away with basically saying "I am a pedophile".
If you insist that this meme is merely a corruption of an older one, then it seems as if you are railing against nature. This meme is strong, the other was not. This one survives and thrives, the other is forgotten. I fail to see why it is necessary to cry about it and argue endlessly and insist you are simply not being understood.
