You misunderstand how consent works. It has to be mutual. So you bring your lawyer, she brings hers and they negotiate the contract for sexual consent, then you both sign it, have it notarized and file it with the Bureau of Consent in your particular county and once it comes back with the approval stamp only then can you proceed. Also, if she can't afford a lawyer you'll have to pay but be sure she gets to choose the lawyer so she can't claim she was coerced.

Do the schools these days not teach anything useful, geez.

Rape is rape, and if asking for permission was bullet proof then why was Louis CK cancelled? He asked them every time whether he could beat off in front of them and they said yes.
There's simply no way to make pushing an underweight 18 year old onto a bed and having sex with them the first day you meet them not look like rape, even if you ask for permission.
Perhaps the solution instead is to be normal towards women. Try dating them a few times and figure each other out before going further rather than go straight to poundtown the first time and every time you meet.

he wasn't really, it was at the absolute apex of #MeToo and a few big corporations backed out, but iirc he's still a successful comedian. he's also in hollywood and vultures are going to circle him no matter what he does. it's the business of LA.

People have been watching too many "rape review" streams, or whatever the hell chud-logic calls his. Really the whole commentary community. At least for the last year or two, almost only covered sexual assault, and other sexual misconduct allegations. And most of the time it was over thing's like this.

Having quite literally worked extensively in the most pozzed sector on the planet

1. Consent Forms are valid from the moment they are signed until the moment the relationship is terminated (this has its own form)

2. Consent Forms provide no protection to either signee and are purely to release the company from any liability that may occur due to sexual power dynamics in the work place.

Another fun fact is that HR 100% uses them to gossip because we submitted like 6 to prank a dude and instead of getting laughed at someone started a rumor he was cheating but nobody knew on who.
