@Null Ethan Klein is threatening legal action to dox moderators from an alog subreddit about H3H3. He has publicly posted instagram messages threatening mods to rat out other mods of the subreddit to save themselves. He apparently plans to sue them for defamation.

Joe Rogan interviewed some guy named Mike Benz. I think it's worth a listen. He does a pretty good job explaining how the USAID was the CIA's regime changer and how it does the same thing here.
It's pretty much just confirmation of a lot of stuff people we're thinking. The most amazing part is how open and blatant the government was about it. I think Null might be interested in how we fucked with the Slavs.

I've noticed a lot of these state flag changes take their cue from State flags - as in sovereign with no higher authority state.
Lots of tri-colors and deracinated symbolism to rep the land, ruling ideology, or its industry rather than its people and history.

Eg. Utah's new flag:

Fun tidbit, Mike used to secretly run a 2016 era altright dissident YouTube channel called framegameradio. When it came out that he was behind it while working at the department of state, he claimed it was a deradicalization campaign. He was even on Warski/JF era internet blood sports. He’s of the tribe but never really hid it.

It definitely reminded me of the updated Utah flag, though I prefer the Utah one, even if the beehive is also too clean looking. The colors on Utah's are better and more stately.

Idk, I'm one of those people who actually like state seals on their flags. They usually have a lot of interesting little details and have a good historical touch to them.

Oregon is one of the few states that is double-sided:

The beaver on the back references the fur-trapping days, along with the state's nickname. The state seal on the front has a covered wagon for the Oregon Trail/pioneers, old ships for ocean navigation along the coast, tall trees for timber, an elk, mountains, a hoe and wheat for abundant farming.

What I'm saying is they better not ever try to change Oregon's flag.

Just finished last week's MATI and wanted to uhmm ackshully that despite Dear Feeder saying 4Xs suck, in the past he's talked about enjoying Europa Universalis 4 (a 4X gsg) and while dismissing the whole genre on the grounds that Destiny plays them, also enjoys DOTA 2, which is part of the MOBA genre - a genre Destiny also built his career off of.

I just find that the new flags - in addition to signaling independence from the Feds - look more like corporate logos than flags. They give off that weird 'anyone could live under these colors' vibe.

Before the era of Nationalism people mostly used banners and heraldry and/or provincial colors. The flag is really more of a 'bind these ethnics together under one symbol' kind of device birthed out of the nationalist movements; thus I find it weird when the People element is stripped out of the flag. That's why something like the French tri-color, or the Canadian pale still register as Flags to me - but these new creations seem like they should have a ™ in the corner.

Do you do cardio? Keeping up with cardio will help put your BPM lower when resting.

I've been able to get my BPM to the 40s (maybe even upper 30s?) when resting -- been able to set off alarms when I've been under medical supervision; helps to see if the medical staff are actually paying attention lol.
