Oh ok, I have the issue with brave around the same time but refresh or change quality fixes it on my end.

But, on balance, farms will also be saving money on ag chemicals, since you are now using your new supply of 100% organic material for fertilizer. Less chemicals in our food, and the Final Repentance of sexpests is their remains are being put towards the betterment of society. Hell, use The Chipper for any capital offence. Televise and monetize it.

I'm sad about missing the podcast because the infrequency causes me to forget about it even though I'm doing nothing at all while it's airing. On the Tuesday/Friday schedule I'd be struggling to keep up because I would have to find where I left off for the intervening days of driving and the podcast would always just be in my brain waiting for the new one. I should probably just spend more of my day on KF lol.
 
For food and calorie tracking, get Macrofactor. It has barcode scanning to automatically fill in accurate and complete nutrition information; it also guides you in terms of your macronutrient consumption and balance.

Also, be careful when eating tuna regularly, especially albacore. Mercury poisoning from eating tuna is real and albacore has a higher concentration of mercury, around 3x as much as regular canned light tuna.
