You'd be surprised. If a heart attack or stroke isn't immediately massive, it's possible to be completely conscious throughout.
However, it can still worsen over the course of minutes or hours until, well, death.

To be fair February 2025 has been off to a pretty tense start with all of the recent plane crashes happening everyday, LOL

Hardin had to go score some fent to put in the fent reactor of the George-Dryod-technology simulation core that is now simulating Null.
