I'd say don't deal with scumbags, but if you absolutely must, use a service like privacy.com. It lets you create virtual credit cards and you can either only put a limited amount of funds in them or limit how much can be spent from them.

Then if some scumbag service either refuses to stop charging you or makes it a giant hassle to cancel, just shut off the card and they can ride a dick.
