The woman was at least 25 when she got married which is the legal age for getting married in the Philippines without parental consent. When is a woman old enough to make her own choice? I recognize the old man is probably barking up the wrong tree with a slope in need of money, but marrying her and bringing her to a country that has no fault divorce laws is pretty trusting and definitely not controlling behavior. The manoshphere PH move is to marry them and keep the woman there so divorce is impossible which is actually creepy and weird. I just don't understand the disgust it's all above board. MY disgust is with the second marriage of the man. There is no such thing as second marriage (I'm a Catholic).

He is rich and she is from a country that is poor, he is her sponsor in the US where she likely isn't allowed to work for a while so he has full financial control of her. He rubs the money in her face and is abusive according to her. Plus a 59 year old man impregnating a woman 31 years younger than him with his dusty retard sperm when he won't even live long enough to see his kids graduate from high school is selfish as fuck. She is going to spend her 40s being his full time caretaker while also raising kids. Is it better than living in a slum in the Philippines with a corrogated metal roof? Probably, but that's exactly why it's so gross. She wouldn't chose him if she was American. She is chosing him over poverty.

A gallon of real unpasteurized milk per day as the sole meal would cut out all of the sugar that is added to milk and you could survive on that and lose weight. I just wouldn't add anything else to the diet and see how it worked. It's his body let him experiment and see what works without making him want to walk off a cliff. Diet shit is frustrating, and much more difficult in the USA than he is used to abroad.

It's for posture and bloodflow while working. You don't burn significantly more calories by standing.

And it's not that I just learned some things are unhealthy, it's that I'm 30 and I have to start taking care of myself.

You can cry someplace else. Cheers. Shit like this retard sperging out and encouraging me to drink my entire caloric intake as fucking unpasteurized milk is exactly why I say I do not want anyone to ever contact me about diet or weight or exercise. I don't want to hear your opinion unless I explicitly ask for it.

Stand desks are nice. But also be aware that being in any fixed position for too long isn't good. Glad to see your taking care of yourself.

Let me know if that ice coffee recipe I emailed you awhile back (around when you asked for some on stream) worked for you. Hopefully it will help you keep cool when the Florida heat rolls in. Cheers Josh.
