From my time as a vegan I can not recommend this. Most oat milks do not have a good reaction with coffee where it kind of curdles (?) and looks like this:Have you tried oat milk? It’s not putrid like cow milk and is less fattening.
TBH i think you already know you just need to do the gym and not worry about it.
I've been told this is because of the acidity in coffee. There are some special "barista blend" oat milks that do not do this but they are quite pricy and idk if you can find them outside of big cities. Probably have a lot of additives too. Coconut milk works better and has much less calories than cows milk but not everyone likes the taste.
When I was in University I took caffeine pills because of the strict rules of our library regarding beverages. They work pretty well but can also cause heart burn depending on the brand.
