It's impossible to get noticed without some luck of the right people finding you. Algorithms are really awful for finding niche stuff especially in Twitter/YouTube.
 
Holy shit. I'm watching the recent DSP and casino stream. I'm surprised Josh didn't talk about the Ralph stuff they're showing. Him talking with Carin (idk how to spell her name) confirming he cheated while he was married.

Her claiming he drugged her then him saying "I didn't drug you, I just heavily pressured you" like that alone is such an insane thing.

It's probably because he depicts everything as wacky and crazy/disgusting. Kinda "old school newgrounds style" like people have said, though most specifically are talking about oneyng and/or psychicpebbles' artstyle, not the actual general writing and vibe of it all. It's like the direct opposite of what people that used to dothat and realized the "trolls remorse" route ended up doing where they start just parroting media narratives and do textwalls about how everthing needs to be censored and how we should "be better" because "that was a different time!" They end up sounding like soulless corporate husks when they do that, This guy has a bit where a dude's black friend just starts going off on the kind of ramble you see a lot of "internet intellectuals" trying to get you on a specific political party side do while inexplicably rapidly aging and turning into a dusty corpse. He has Matt walsh acting like a little riddle goblin as some potato looking woman is trying to piss in a unisex park bathroom, calling her a liberal without even knowing her actual political leanings.I think he's had to deal with the kind of people he's using for these kinds of caricatures and cretins he's depicting. He also clearly notices how fucking tonally insane shit is nowadays where public opinion instantly shifts in a schizophrenic manner over the smallest stuff.
Also have we actually seen spingle cat? Does spingle cat look normal, is that why the people adore spingle cat so much, sping spagoo? is he the black guy that converted to islam in that news article, or the article's writer? Is it like that one snoop dogg music video where he's living in a literal clown society and is the only non-clown there? I need more spingle lore.

Null got me into Mr Nubly's insane comics recently. I absolutely love how absurd and stylistic it is, yet also impotently seething about the right/republicans with no real clear message. I was curious about his earlier works and randomly looked through his archives but honestly none of it was funny. He seems to be at his best when spurred on by political hatred.

However I found out he's been at this whole webcomic for over 10 years now and I found some where he talked about himself and his comic and I found it pretty fascinating to see insights into his insanity. I'll upload the comics in case he suddenly goes DFE mode.

JERSH, I would love for you to read these on air and comment. I've never posted on the MATI thread but thank you for making my workouts fun by listening to your work.

Honestly, between what you said and reading thos comics you posted, Null giving him some views may have done him a much bigger solid than I thought. Guy also falls into "too much text" in those strips and I only chuckled at the "sticksand stones" joke.

For now he seems to have hit a stride and I hope he can keep it up, specially after his brain explodes if Trump wins.

That and he gives up all sense of coherent logic for the "lawl so randum, penguin spork of DOOM " level shit that nearly always just leaves me scratching my head instead of laughing. He somehow released a book and I can't help but wonder how many people actually bought that shit. Its sad because he is certainly talented but can't write for shit till recently.
I found at least one banger in his Tumblr though :

He's been keeping up releasing one comic per week for the "End of the F**king World" which he releases in time for the Tuesday stream. He has been doing Jolly Biscuit comics since 2012, so on Friday streams, Josh could read an older Jolly Biscuit comic from the archives.

I took inspiration from some existing Artcow threads when it came to writing and formatting the thread, but I agree it feels like more a fan thread. I mainly made it as a place for general discussion of Mr. Nubly and his work.

And don't get me wrong, I think it's great. He doesn't seem to behave like a lunatic at cons or anything of the sort that I've seen. It devolving into a more standard lolcow thread is on him not starting to sperg out.

Like the whole theory of his strips gaslightong Null, I find that shit hillarious and as long as it stays in the strips and suddenly doesn't do a 10 minute video bitching about the kiwichuds, it will be fun for all.
 
I’m an audio only listener. I just have the show on while doing other shit.
But, when it’s the Mr. Nubly segment I sit down, pull out my phone, and just soak it in.
AND I WAS FUCKING ROBBED.
 
Just finished watching the entirety of Dustborn through Josh’s playthrough. I didn’t realize that getting pulled over at the beginning was an option until I watched other streamers. Cop still gets hit by a truck but it’s a lot funnier when he fucking dies due to Pax’s direct interference.
