He didn't even mention the "holocaust of bullets." Probably because he doesn't know anything about it and has never read a single primary source on the subject. He said 6 million died in death camps alone (modern claim is 2.7m). This nigga isn't just out of touch, he's fucking retarded.

They changed it, but for a time here in alberta, police could issue a breathalyzer if you were reported to be drinking and driving, even after you got home. So they wouldn't actually catch you committing a crime, but still charge you with it.

The courts ruled police couldn't do it, and even went as far as to say they can't breathalyze on private property.
 
Having worked in CS before, anything below a 10/10 was basically failing. The metrics were always dumb with how management graded them. You'd think 8/10, 9/10 would be great, but when your target is 95% you can only tolerate 1 or 2 lower scores and 1/10 may be unrecoverable for the month. So yes I approve of giving them a 1/10.

This wouldn't work in most of America because people have already done it and there's case law. It's still pretty funny someone managed to make it stick. Also you'd be violating open container laws in most places.

The argument would be some combination of calculating the previous BAC based on how much that amount of alcohol would have changed it, and that the defendant wouldn't have done that other than to baffle a BAC. In a lot of places, refusing to take a BAC test is also a separate crime, and deliberately messing it up would break this law too.

Also in a lot of places merely being in possession of the car keys while in the driver's seat (or even just in the car even in the backseat) while intoxicated is the offense, so again, you'd obviously be intoxicated after drinking a large bottle of alcohol, even weak soju.
