Following the death of his wife at a Disney Theme Park restaurant due to a severe allergic reaction, the widower as next of kind filed a claim against the Disney Corporation to the tune of $50,000. In order for the most part pay for funerary and burial costs. Disney is now in the process of fighting this lawsuit.

Normally, this would be background noise. But Disney has a raised a novel and :!:ALARMING:!: legal argument to get the case thrown out of court. You see, several years ago the Widower clicked "I Accept" on the Terms of Service for Disney+ via his playstation console that is verified to be his via Sony authentication and credit card payments. Disney argues that since the Widower accepted the Disney+ TOS, he willing surrendered his right to sue the Disney Corporation by contract, and must as consequence submit himself to binding arbitration on the matter of his Wifes death in accordance with the Terms of Service for his Disney+ account.

The funniest part being how he's literally wearing exactly the same 10 year old T-shirt, so you can see how he now looks like 10 pounds of shit shoved into a 5 pound sausage casing about to burst from his obesity.
