This isn't really anything new, a lot of large exchanges have had crypto debit cards. They just auto-sell whatever crypto you specify as funding source and convert it to euros/usd/whatever at the moment you make your purchase.
I have one from bitpanda (uses visa as network) since 2021, and a friend has a crypto.com card.

It's generally pretty shit and I never use it. The exchange rates are too shit to be actually used for day-to-day purchases, you are much better off selling it the regular way, doing a bank transfer and using a normal bank debit card.
