Huge W for the shift. The sad part is that it seems the only reason why this outcome happened was the state being afraid of a crazy mom doing something insane when they were warned many times. Lawsuits and public outcry would have been devastating if they didn't intervene. The host and dad are even talking about a "pendulum swing" word for word.

This holds a lot of weight. It also exposes how bad the state of affairs are. Someone seems to be very worried their grand scheme might be caught before all the pennies are drained. Convergence is near. Panic has set in. Grand plans and master plots may just be stifled after all.

It would be interesting to hear your take on the US debt situation and what could happen with it in the future.

The national debt just hit 35 trillion recently. I think the interest rate payments for the US has surpassed military spending.

The Fed Reserve has also predicted Social Security will become insolvent by 2033 and that it will have to be cutback when it becomes insolvent.

The dog is the most unrealistic thing in King of the Hill. Hank goes to all kinds of crazy places and they never explain who's watching Ladybird or letting her outside during the workday. Vast majority of the time Hank is at Strickland Propane, Peggy is substitute teaching or working her retard jobs(realty or writing for the paper, or scam shit) and Bobby's in school.

Dale would be the easy out since he works the least but only rarely is the dog borrowed or watched. And somehow she never has accidents.

I also think you would have fun rants with all the ideological stuff in a game like Disco Elysium (but all the reading aloud might be exhausting).

... or a mystery game like Obra Dinn would be fun, you could easily fill a stream trying to identify the dead and with a few hints from chat you can probably beat it in a single session. There is also Outer Wilds (more skill/timing/platforming components) and Forgotten City which was a Skyrim mod and is very RPG mystery (but is also longer and more involved).
