I haven't had a solid shit in about 2 years now
I do take a multivitamin every morning though to compensate for my diet. So far I've only had lower back pain on the sides so as far as I can see, I'm healthy as fuck

Psyllium husk powder. Let it soak in water for about 45 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it forms a gel. If you can only find the stuff that's orange flavored, then get a sugar free variant. Down it along with a separate glass of water.

I think it was because I was a kratom addict for 8 years and was at ~120g/d and my digestive system got used to having a diet of like 80% fiber. Once that was fixed it all fell to shit and hasn't repaired itself

I've always wondered how this works for women. If the menstruation cycle is skipped due to malnutrition, does that delay menopause?

I really don't want to have an autistic debate about nutrition (that shit bores me to tears) for an off hand observation about having a fridge full of eggs. Obviously he is eating carbs and starch and fiber from somewhere other than his fridge and multi-vitamins exist.

All I wanted to say is that eggs make sense as a cheap simple simple food that keeps well and covers the basics. They literally have to be, nature is full of obligate egg eaters.

Nobody's gonna refer to KF by subgroups. They're generous if they admit KF is a big place with lots of users & varying opinions on many topics. You yourself refer to "youtubers" and "influencers" as a monolith in this same post. The reality is, people will choose the path of least resistance when describing KF or anyone or anything, most commonly. And creators will use KF to discern popular topics & obscure details as subject matter for their content, regardless of how they feel about KF personally or publicly. Insisting on credit or kickback seems tedious, considering KF is in fact not a monolith but rather the result of many individuals' research, time & effort.
Anyway you can't expect surface-level research before publishing a claim when MATI itself publishes plenty of claims without surface-level research.

No it doesn’t work like that. By definition menopause is the lack of a period in 12 months, so technically she is already there.
 
@TETRABAX , you need to buy yourself a case of MREs if you still refuse to cook your own food. My husband treats those things the way 90s kids with competent parents treated those Lunchables pizza kits; like novel little funsy food play kits. TBH, MRE Feeder Bingo randomized cards, MREs to eat and Steve1989 on the TV is a fucking good time. My card always has "entire bite to sample condiment" and "spoon/glass chime".
